Luckily my order did arrive but on inspection this site is selling cheap copies.many difference between what we received and the real kit.
Ordered LFC away kit for child 17/11/18 started getting suspicious when we tried to cancel due to delivery delay they refused to cancel or refund then website shutdown.
No response to emails, no return address.
Raised dispute with bank .these people probably ruined a lot of children's Christmas and should be hung.

Ordered Juventus shirt and shorts for my son 05/11/18 promised would be delivered 12/12/18. Shorts delivered 21/12/18 but still no shirt. E-mails unanswered and cant find a telephone number for them anywhere. Would just like to say if anybody from Footballdirectstore ever reads this Thanks for ruining my sons xmas. And i hope you have a very miserable 2019.

Robbed just like pretty much everyone else who gave them money for nothing. Karma will get them because we can鈥檛

Scammed also . Site looked legit. Ordered a kit for 9yo son. They replied to my emails with definite dates . All looked so normal. Then no kit arrived and now my emails are being ignored. Preying on people over Christmas is disgusting. All the reviews are from parents of kids, waiting on presents . Karma will hopefully get these sons of b……s.

Ordered placed 17th November, had a few emails and still order not received. Stay away I have been scammed out of 拢79 . Website has now gone.

I ordered a football shirt for my nephew on the 22nd November with guaranteed delivery the 12th December, it turned up this morning and really happy with it, I to thought I had been scammed but looks like I've been one of the lucky ones

Ordered a tracksuit for my partner on 5th November for Christmas its now the 20th of December & still no tracksuit, emails not being answered asked for a refund and nothing, scammed.

Ripped off like everyone else!! Absolutely fuming! This was my sons Christmas present!! Had delivery 鈥済uaranteed鈥?twice and still nothing has arrived! Emails now being ignored. I鈥檝e asked for a refund but I鈥檓 not holding my breath!

Ordered on the 22nd November. Finally arrived on 12th December. Decent quality. Customer service is nonexistent.

I have been scammed too!!!! Ordered on the 26th November and still no football kit for my 6 year old son for Christmas. This is absolutely disgusting and I am so angry with myself as it looked so legitimate very angry as all of you say there is no way of contacting them as the website is no longer there?
Has anyone got a email or telephone number?

Looked like a legit site, now comes up as not existing anymore. Spent 拢40 on a football kit half price from 拢80 it arrived and couldn鈥檛 be more FAKE. Absolute theives do not use this website

I've been scammed like many others. I ordered a football shirt in November 13th received the confirmation text but now no website and also no product delivered . It's a disgrace

After all the doubt …my order arrived today via China Post and Royal Mail ahead of the 12th December 2018. The order was exactly as I had ordered and the quality of the garment is to a very high standard. A well finished garment for my 5 year old nephew who will on Christmas morning think he is the business wearing this item. I maybe one of the lucky ones but am pleased although I have not given 5 stars as they were initially good on contact but have become poor on more recent (panic) contact.

Hi guys, same as the rest, ordered strip on 16th November, got confirmation of order and money gone from credit card, website disappears an then an email about delivery by 12th December.
I have raised a dispute with my bank ………….
CANCELLED DISPUTE WITH BANK AS STRIP (AS ORDERED) HAS JUST ARRIVED…………….

Bloody Scam! These people who prey on honest people should be jailed for a long stretch.my grandson will now probably be so disappointed if I can鈥檛 get his strip he so desperately wants.They have copied a real companies site making it look so real but then shut down siteso we can鈥檛 get money back.

I also ordered a football kit for my granson paid 拢49 and cant get in touch see a scam can we claim back money through credit card ?

Heed the reviews: Football direct store is a fake website. We ordered our nine year old son a football shirt for Christmas on the 18th of November and as of yet heard nothing back apart from a text confirming order.
There is no longer a website or face book page! So hopefully no one else shall be scammed by these unscrupulous thieves. Seek advice from 'Which' or your bank.

Placed an order on nov 25th. Clearly from reading these reviews i have been done out of 50 pounds and a main gift for my son. Im usually really careful, it looked a real site, had the secure key lock in web address. Due in on the 12th dec, but now all trace of tracking order and website has gone. Sent four messages now and still no reply!

I ordered from this site on 18th November and still no football strip! Very concerned that these scumbags have my bank details now! Not sure who to contact about this but they are obviously heartless thieves ripping people off at Xmas!!!!

Like many here looks like we got scammed. I placed the order on the 17th November. All seemed legit. A week later I checked the order. The website is gone. I emailed them. Got a response at 2am.. Which I take it as another sign.. Was told they're really busy, the site under maintenance and to wait till the 12th December. I asked to cancel since not even "processed" the order just to see what they'd say. And was told no. But I'm welcomed to ask for a refund when I get. I'm absolutely raging. Does anyone know what to do? I read they can be reported to the police and that I have to contact my bank.
