I am surprised to read some of these reviews. I was due to attend a match that was cancelled due to Covid. Football Experience responded to all my WhatsApp messages immediately. I also received a voice message which was reassuring. Refund was sent once it was apparent there would be no match being played, minus admin charge, but I don鈥檛 begrudge them that to survive. The situation was of course no ones fault and we want small businesses to survive, don鈥檛 we!
Their polite tone and quick responses was pleasing.

Don't deal with this company.They will take your money and offer only 60% back, if you are lucky enough to get a reply from them. Match played behind closed doors due to covid. I am now more than 拢700 out of pocket.

Absolute scam service.

Match was cancelled due to the pandemic. Was assured of a refund.
They are insisting on receiving my passport details for some reason. I will not be giving them.
They are doing everything they can not to issue the refund.

Very poor customer Service, when I had an issue they stopped replying.
The Event could not happen and still not actioned any refunds.

Support took to long, the communication was verry slow. The match was cancelled due to the Corona Virus, so i claimed a full refund. They only wanted to give back 60% of the total amount.

When I asked why, they stopped replying….

Only giving 1 star because there鈥檚 no way to rate 0 star !! To call them unprofessional is an understatement !!! Don鈥檛 be fooled!

Good experience. I had no surprise when buying tickets. I received them 2 days after the booking par mail. Just go ahead and book them. Saad is a person that you can rely on for answering fast.

The seats were too far to watch the match, no printed tickets were provided. The staffs were helpful but responded very slowly

Like a lot of people I was a little sceptical buying tickets from someone other than an official club but since reading reviews and purchasing the tickets I felt at ease. I purchased tickets for Real Madrid vs Celta Vigo, when I arrived in Madrid I texted Saad (company employee – number provided in confirmation email) and he send me the tickets in a few minutes through WhatsApp, everything was very smooth. Our seats were brilliant, we couldn鈥檛 have picked a better seat.

I was little bit sceptical at first, as it wasn鈥檛 one of the first searches that poped up on google after typing BAYERN V SCHALKE TICKETS, but instead my pick was based on reviews on here. From all the sources I鈥檝e picked Football experience due to very attractive prices. Although my choice was the CATEGORY 2 – Standing, I鈥檝e received tickets for the CATEGORY 2 – Lateral instead, which is the 3rd dearest option – THAT鈥橲 A BONUS! And as I鈥檝e watched the game I鈥檝e realised that I wouldn鈥檛 get such a great view from the Standing area.

After my purchase I鈥檝e been in touch with the guys few times a week and could always count on a reply within less than 30mins, great communication in general.

I鈥檝e been also contacted by FootballTicketsNet which is another company that cooperates with the FootballExperience, however I must admit that communication with Saad (Football Experience) was better as he鈥檚 keen to reply to you pretty quick.

At first I鈥檝e been informed that the tickets will be dropped off at the hotel where I stayed so I鈥檝e updated that information on their website as I鈥檝e been asked, but instead got tickets e-mailed to me two days before the game, enough time to get those printed out. Now I am guessing that if I鈥檝e tried to scan those tickets from my phone it still would work, just like scanning a boarding pass at airports.

The Cut they take isn鈥檛 that bad from a business perspective either! Around 50% + booking fees. You鈥檒l see the original price once you鈥檒l receive your tickets

I know it鈥檚 a long review but they deserve it, as I am guessing many of you will be as sceptical as I was at first. Guys are decent and will happily use them again in the future.

We booked tickets for El Clasico in Barcelona and everything was great. We picked up our tickets a few hours before the game, communication leading up to the match was regular, and everything worked out exactly as described.

I鈥檓 not usually one to buy football tickets and was a bit nervous to purchase tickets from a site I was not familiar with. However, after much research I chose to purchase a pair from Footballexperience. The website was easy to access and within minutes I had a confirmation email sent through. When it got close to match day a member of the Footballexperience team contacted me via WhatsApp to finalize my details in order to dispatch the tickets. Overall, the team at Footballexperience were incredibly helpful and I will definitely use their service again for future matches.

These guys Jose Luis and Saad were very professional all along the way. They answered all my questions promptly. They offered me a specific location in the Camp Nou and I received exactly the tickets for that location and all 4 seats together. We saw Messi yesterday take a corner just 200 metres away from us during El Clasico. An unforgettable experience to celebrate my son鈥檚 18th birthday. Thank you!

Bad Communication and finaly it was too much expensive.., I have got electronic tickets via whatsapp 9 hours before match on the sector 22, at least sector was correct as i paid for>

I have got just tickets late and different row, but the stadium seats were close to each other., real price for one ticket cost 47,5 Euro, and when I asked if the ticket have to print out or why we got different row, no answer"! So I had to run before match to the hotel and pay next 4 euro for that. Next time , no thanks!
