Do Not answer customer queries like they claim and have not been one bit helpful since I handed them my money. I feel scammed as they will not give me an order update nor will they refund me which they say will be a 鈥榟assle free refund鈥? Upset and feel taken advantage of.

The user interface is brilliant, as you add or make changes it updates to show you a preview of how the kit will look.

Before printing they will send you over the preview which you will need to sign off before they start making the kit.

They are easy to get hold of if there are any problems or if you have any questions.

Very happy with their service and the kit they produced for us is amazing :).

I can't highly recommend Pendle enough.
