After purchasing a year's worth of NFL picks, I contacted them on numerous occasions via e-mail to complain about late publication of their picks (never on time for Thurs night games). Their website guarantees one free season of picks if the client is dissatisfied. I've contacted them at least 6 times to complain and express my dissatisfaction with the service and have never heard a word back from them.
