I was travelling with my son and his two Children,soon 10 and 12 years old,To the Dortmund-PSG match. I wanted us to come closer to the pitch so Iordered, Category 1 Gold Long Side Lower 1st Or 2nd Tier Tickets as said on your site, for 258,75 Euros each and explained that we have two kids with us. The tickets I was provided was 2 tickets as high as we could get on block 51(also shown in two prior categorys) and also as close to the corner we could come. The other two tickets was on the same tier but on different rows. Three rows apart from each other with no possibility of having any kind of contact with each other. Therefor we couldn't use that ticket and the two kids had to sit with their father on the 2 places that were together.
I wrote on my first contact with you that I was travelling with 2 kids ten and eleven years old and that it was important that we could sit together or in pairs. A few days before the game I wrote to you and checked that everything was ok. I got the following answer from you:

We will try our best to provide 4 tickets together, but in accordance with our terms and conditions we can only guarantee seating in pairs, that is you might receive 2+2 as close as the availability will allow. According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary of Current English, a guarantee is a promise or undertaking (usually in writing or print ) that certain conditions agreed to in a transaction will be fulfilled.
When I first saw the tickets we got, I contacted your customer service and they wanted me to take pictures of the tickets I`ve got. I did that and then it was quiet until I complained about the tickets I`ve got.
In my contacts with the customer service I麓ve been told that my tickets were upgraded to platinum so they don麓t think that they have done anything wrong. I麓ve been talking to several people about this matter and they are laughing about that comment and I am sure that very few would consider this an upgrade. Not even you who read this letter. At first I was offered 10% off on my next booking , haha.In one of my phone Contacts with Customer Service i was offered a refund off 100 Euros. I accepted that and asked them to confirm it via mail. When I recieved the mail the sum was reduced to 14 Euro. Maybe inflation, or.
Though I didn't get what you guaranteed me and all the talk about me being upgraded and your reluctance in considering of your guilt in this matter, I think that the least you can do to make me satisfied is to refund me for the ticket I couldn't use, 258,75 Euro. I don't have any other requests regarding the downgrading.
I also think it is a false marketing to have all available seats from Gold and Silver Category in the Platinum Category. It is just a way for you to call it an upgrade, no other reason. Very bad buisiness concept,

The tickets did not deliver to DK, as first indicated. Afterwards we had to have them delivered to our address in Barcelona; it worked, but we were kept on edge until two days before the game, when finally we managed to get delivery service and ourselves in sync.
It's just not optimal.

The tickets were directly delivered to our Hotel address 1 days before the match by courier. After the match we put them into the red envelope which was also delivered and wrote an sms to the number also delivered.
The tickets were from a "socio" of Real Madrid and one of the best tickets in the Bernabeu Est谩dio.
Next time we will once again order our tickets at footballtickets.net
