Everything was great, got my tickets day before match where we arange our meeting, seats were amazing also, totally recomend this site to everyone

1 star because of the lack of information about the delivery of the ticket.
I bought the ticket 3 weeks prior the match and was told they didn鈥檛 ship to my country due to it was a season card holder. So I typed in the address to where I was staying in London, and somehow that didn鈥檛 work either..
I was forced to text everyday while visiting in England to get an update on my tickets that I paid 拢250 (Per ticket).
While traveling to Liverpool, at last they send me my tickets via WhatsApp (e-ticket) and tells me to go print it in a Internet cafe, which makes me wonder why they didn鈥檛 send me them in the first place 3 weeks ago!!!
I told them that it wouldn鈥檛 work, so they send someone to meet me in Liverpool Lime Street station with my tickets.
He told me, that it was NOT season card tickets, but 鈥渙nly鈥?hospitality.

Completely unprofessional, and will definitely NOT be using again.
Too much stress on wether you鈥檒l receive your order or not.

Get my tickets one day before at my hotel.

Got the tickets 6 days before the match. Signed delivery also, so could track them. Very happy with my purchase. Everything went very smoothly, and the advisors on the Web chat always helped and made this transaction as easy as possible. I will deffinately be buying from football ticket home again. I found the ticket site really easy to use and very helpful live chat section.
My tickets arrived on time at my hotel.
However when we tried to get in the stadium 2 of the tickets were for a different stand to what I was told.
We all eventually got in the stadium though.

Fantastic customer service – always dealt with Chris – seats were amazing 3 rows from the front for the Tottenham v Manchester City match – would use this company again especially as I had been let down by Thomas Cook Sport

I was very unsure about buying tickets online, especially taking into account the high expense of the tickets. We were travelling from Western Australia to spend Christmas in the Uk and as a big surprise for my husband, I wanted to take him and our 2 children to see a Liverpool game. I spoke to Chris on numerous occasions and he did reassure me that all was genuine.

As the days were getting closer to the game, I received a call to say we were only able to collect the tickets on the day of the game and that they wouldn't be available until an hour before kick off. I must admit, I did start to panic and think we weren't going to get them. But true to their word, we did. I did original request that we all sit together but unfortunately we ended up sitting in pairs a few rows away from each other. Having said that we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and my husband was very impressed with the seats that we had. He knows how hard it is to get tickets to see Liverpool play so was just over the moon to be there in the first place.

Having already purchased tickets through Chris, I would definitely use him again and would recommend other people to do so. I think the first time using any online company comes with a risk but Chris is the man to trust 🙂

From buying the tickets to getting them in our hands and after the games were over, the service was exceptional. Buying from USA with my credit card proved to be a challenge but Chris got me through the process with great patience. Then the day before our first match day, our flight from Valencia got cancelled. We scrambled to get from Valencia to Madrid and get another flight scheduled to arrive at Heathrow less than four hours before game time. Chris personally guided us all the way through getting us back to our place in London to drop our luggage and then the tube (subway) to the spot to get the tickets. The seats were unbelievable for our Arsenal match at Chelsea. When we got to our hotel in Manchester the next day our tickets for Old Trafford were waiting for us. Amazingly, those seats were even closer to the pitch. These guys are the best.

The tickets for the Boxing Day game were emailed to me a couple of days before the game. The covering email said I needed to print off the tickets. This was difficult to arrange at short notice since I was a visitor to the UK and most Internet cafes were shut on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
It would have been better if the tickets were emailed earlier, to give more time to find a place to print the tickets, or the email would have instead stated that entrance to the game could definitely be achieved by scanning the email at the ground, which I presume is the case.

Efficient but very few information until you get to the hotel where you are supposed to receive the tickets.

It was quick and easy.

Tickets arrived days before match, and were easy & free to return after the game.

Five star rating, as the website was easy to navigate and the Live Chat host Mary was very helpful and always at hand.
Received the tickets when promised and excellent seats at Stamford Bridge. Just a shame that we lost the game 🙁

Everything was great, except for the pick up of the tickets… the person who brought the tickets was one hour late… a little stressful, to be honest !

I had a perfect experience with football tickets, a Liverpool champions league. Everything had been perfect ! Tjanks a lot to them, I would definitely buy tickets again with them !

Watched the match LFC vs. Wolves. We had some troubles as it sounded that we are not getting tickets, although already arrived in Liverpool from Germany… I have been informed via Email and we mailed back and force to get a new status or any other arrangement. It was a horrible day but the following day in the morning we got the go to pick up the tickets close to Anfield.
Well done FTH team and a big thank you to make this happen. Very good seats and well arranged by FTH (incl. the result of 1:0 ?)
