Unreliable and very unprofessional. I bought tickets for the Arsenal game in November. When I called to confirm that ticket is to be delivered, they inform me that it can't because of mailing strike in UK! Then they change their story and tell me that ticket is cancelled. Please stay away from this site!

Have not received tickets – Has anybody else had dealings with this site and not recieved tickets they ordered?
Bought Coldplay tickets through this site back in August for £216 for two top tickets, which were never recieved and have had no reply to dozens of emails I have sent. Stay well clear!
