Well. I got into the game. After buying official tickets the proper way 5mins before the game started at the actual decent price. I reported them to the proper authorities so hopefully this will never happen again to anyone desperate, ignorant or unaware. Don't trust. Stay away. Scam.

OUR FAKE TICKETS WERE JUST CONFISCATED AT THE GATE

Please do NOT use this place to buy tickets. i purchased 2 lots. First lot I paid over $500 for 2 tickets and the price printed on each was GBP42. They were supposed to be for lower long side centre, but the tickets were for seats behind the goal post with the over eager fans.

Now we can't get into today's game because the 2nd lot of tickets (another $500) that they sent are FAKE!! They just confiscated them at the gate.

I don't complain often but please avoid these people as their customer service is limited and will give you the run around. I'm dreading trying to get my money back from them.

Sept 19th: 4 days later and all my requests to have this resolved have been ignored.

Sept. 22nd: No contact from them whatsoever on 1) the difference owed because of wrong seats they put us in for the first game and 2) the fake tickets.
Yet they hunted me down on Facebook. Unbelievable.

Oct 17th: Still no resolution. They have sent emails and called but they were all to try to lay blame on us. Now the soft threats are happening about posting this review. They frown upon it, btw. I frown upon being schemed.

Here's what happened… approached the gate to get in but had a bag with some football shirts and was told to go to another line to get in. FTN (footballticketsnet) called and asked: "What was in the bag?" Seriously?

Agent at entry point said the tickets would not scan and to go to an office. Even tried scanning the tickets from phone. No avail. FTN later asked, "Did the light turn red or green when you tried to scan the tickets?" Our response, "Lady if the light turned green we wouldn't be talking to you right now!" At this point I emailed FTN's emergency address but no response.

Trudged through the crowds to the office and finally reached a gentleman for help. He took the tickets and looked it up on the computer. His face changed and he typed again and looked up and asked, "Sir, where did you get these tickets?" "Online", we said.

He then said, "These tickets are not valid." After begging to see the game because we came from a distance overseas he said that he could not sell us the tickets for the same seats because they were already occupied. They sold us additional tickets in the nose bleed section instead. FTN said that there is no way that this could be true. They asked for copies of the replacement tickets we bought, for what reason I have no idea, but they received copies.

The first lot of ticket we bought were delivered by courier. They insisted that this second lot be sent electronically via email in the form of a PDF,

FTN said that the person who sold the tickets to them has not has his account shut down by the club, therefore the tickets are valid. Unreal.

I'm out over $500 plus the money for the wrong seats for the first lot of tickets. For the first lot they offered the difference in face value of 10GBP each, even though difference in cost on their website is in the hundreds.

At this point I will not let it rest. They said that they are satisfied with their decision yet they won't send me any proof that led to their decision.

Ordered tickets 4 months ago for my sons 10th birthday. One week prior to the game they cancelled the order. The day after they sold tickets in the same sections for four times the price. This is not a serious site. Keep of and choose another broker.

I bought 8 tickets of Chelsea VS Man U "Centenary club package" (booking no.568516,568515) which were cost me 671 pounds each!but i don't mind pay them because me and my friends thought it would be great game with high demand so the price will be high anyway and also the seatview ,as it said on the website and confirmation email "Luxury Padded Seats Located In The West Stand Middle Tier Around The 18 Yard Line" ,would be exceptional because they were not far away from the pitch so i can enjoy the game and players very close.

But on the match day they delivered me @the museum package instead!!! which is very different seat view!!, very far away upper east stand instead of west stand middle tier around the 18 yard line.Totally disappoint and disgrace how they do this to us.We accept to pay high to get something like this??
