The rule is simple :

When a tipster DOES NOT SELL A TIP FOR TODAY, THEN
THE RESULT OF THE TIP WILL BE ALWAYS WIN.
IF
a tipster SELL A TIP THEN
The result MUST BE THE REAL ONE AS A CLIENT INVOLVED
