Footbox

Beware of this automatic subscription service from landing on a link from youtube or .

Footbox TV & Demon Games are the same company.

Start checking your phone bill regularly especially if you are with vodafone.

Mobile phone companies will simply blame the user and the the other company giving the subscription and not take any responsibility whatsoever.

Call 0333 313 5013 they can cancel the subscription as they said and they said they would be happy to send the details via email of how the subscription started so at least the customer service is better than vodafone customer service who say they can do anything.

Then contact your mobile service provider and ofcom and demand justice from the one you trusted your mobile network provider!!!

Vodafone you know this is a scam so why haven't you clamped down on it? You could improve your customer service vodafone, i moaned to these guys and they listened and acted unlike vodafone managers. The answer is money money money !!!

Time to leave vodafone for being complicit.

Someone is getting very rich from this fraud. Every month I get charged 拢16 a week for footbox TV I'm not even in to football. Vodafone seem unwilling to help me saying I must have subscribed somehow. This is a cop out as I never subscribed. Looks like the only way to stop it is to cancel vodafone and that's almost impossible.

My son never signed up for this. We got charged 拢4 per week. He unsubscribed and they still charged me. I have no idea who to complain to or how to get a refund. His mobile phone company 3 were unsympathetic. Total scam. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Same again did not agree to service. Been receiving txt messages but presumed fraudulent and did not contact. I don鈥檛 even like football. Had block on my phone bill through Vodafone so presumed I was safe. Not the case. Vodafone given some crap excuse why not there problem. Now I am 拢140 out of pocket. This is disgusting can鈥檛 believe this!!!!!!!! #Update went directly to Vodafone fraud team. Was told would receive Full refund if I had block on phone. Yippee!! I said. Then gentleman told me I don鈥檛 have block so no refund!!! But I called 15 minutes earlier and was told I do have block on phone. So I have instructed fraud team to listen to previous call and told I will be called back in 5days. My point here is to be president and stick to your guns. This is a mega fraud and phone company鈥檚 in my eyes are to blame. The reviews are staggering and all phone company鈥檚 have statements regarding this. Yet they are not making this public so are clearly benefiting financial through this or they would have put a stop to it along time ago. Unfortunately for you if you are reading this you have probably been duped to.

Total scam. These fraudsters should be shut down and prosecuted.
I had never heard of them and never subscribed but they have been taking 拢4 a week from me somehow since October.
Managed to unsubscribe after hours on phone to their outsourced service provider PMConnect.
Vodafone must take some responsibility.
Don't ignore the SMS if you get one from Footbox as it means they are already charging you.
Beware of these B**tards !

Total scam and Con outfit. I never signed up and never have anything to do with football or anything associated with them. They have taken 拢102 so far from my Vodafone account. Vodafone also at fault as they know about these bunch of thieves and allow it to go on. Only offered me 拢16 back and email them to lodge a complaint. Will tell the Daily Mail and take to small claims court and charge them an extra 拢250 for my time and distress. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this thievery.

Same as everyone else i did not sign up to this yet I am being charged though my Vodafone account. Thought they were just spam texts but you need to cancel even though the instinct is to ignore and not click in case of further charges.

Issue is with specialist 3rd party team at Vodafone so hopefully they will do the right thing as they should not allow these types of things to just be billed to account without you providing credit card information first.

Disgusting con and these fraudsters should be prosecuted.

this is a scam site who charges you to receive SMS. I phoned them for a refund and they refused. they said to write in. So emailed them my complaint been a week no response. I have reported them to my network and PSA authority. I am now pursuing this with the small claims court and the phone ombudsman. They said I sub'd to a football site when I am not into football. How pathetic.
