Considering renting an apartment through footprint? …just DONT do it!!!
Never rent an apartment from this company, they are unreliable, has an extremely bad service (impossible to get in touch with) and worst of all they will cheat you where they get the chance. It might be that their agents dont get paid, instead they make a living by never paying your deposit back. The Agent will make up any kind of stories to post phone the repayment of the deposit until you give up calling and begging them to pay. They perfectly know, that there is not much you as a tenant can do, even if you have ejari it will cost you more to file a complaint, than what you can get back from your deposit. Bottom line is, dont deal with this company, or be ready to lose the money you pay in the deposit for the flat.
