I placed an order on Monday 20th Jan which was supposed be a birthday present for my Mom, when I click to check where my order is it still states that it is being processed. I have contacted the so called 'Customer Service' by email, on Facebook, on their website and on Twitter. I still have not received any reply in relation to my query as to where my order is? I would love to know where my order is as it seems like the biggest scam of a 'company'. I paid 鈧? alone just for shipping, my money has been taken and I have not even received an update on my order. I definitely will not be ordering off of this website again nor would I recommend it to anyone with the amount of unnecessary stress and upset it has cause.

I was kept updated on the order process which is great for me who needed these gifts in time for Christmas. I love that it includes all the old familiar nursery rhymes and each made personalised to my grand daughter by mentioning her name in each of them. It includes a lovely opening of a personal message from myself to my grand daughter for her first Christmas.
The service was great I ordered it online and it was delivered within five days.
