VERY POOR SERVICE!
What we ordered and what we received are very different! We ordered specifically orange orchid flower – they sent purple orchids. We also ordered deluxe 12 Lily flowers – they sent less than 12 lilies and then stuck banana leaves inside the vase to fill in.
Not only the flowers, the vase were also different. We ordered orange and pink vases for the two bouquets. They sent two transparent vases, and filled them with orange water and pink water inside!
We paid expensive prices but got very poor quality!!
DO NOT BUY / ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered flowers 2 hours after midnight on the 14. of April. Their website said 11 hours left for same day delivery. At 3pm in the afternoon they tell me that they will not deliver on the same day but the next day, or that I can get a refund.
Unreliable, avoid. Their "same day delivery guarantee" is worth nothing.

So I pay more than $100 for a delivery to Bali of flowers, chocolate and a teddy bear. After 5/6h of waiting, I wrote to them and they explain that the order was prepared and was with delivery department. They will send me a confirmation by mail the same day. One day later I still waiting for the delivery and for the confirmation… this company is not honest and not professional! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

14th February 2016 (Valentine's Day)
Paid $120 for a basket of Country Maiden, the flowers that was delivered was different to the picture on their site, in fact even the basket was missing, email them to rectify the situation, got a lukewarm response about how the flowers could be out of season and how they may no longer be fresh and so and so…
Are you serious??
If the flowers are out of season why would you advertise them for Valentine's Day or why would NOT inform me when I initially ordered so I can choose something else?
Their resolution is not to send that flowers that I ordered and paid for, but we will provide a free gift when you reorder.
Everyone out there, don鈥檛 trust these guys they are liars and cheats.
