I made an order last Feb. 3, 2020 and the flowers are scheduled for delivery on the 14th of Feb 2020. Until now ( Feb. 18, 2020) the flowers are not delivered. Never trust this flower shop website as they are a scam… never again will I place an order for flower delivery using this website…

Its valentine and I ordered already 24 of January. They didn鈥檛 deliver it came one day after valentines and things is missing and poor quality!
No help from there support even if I contacted them same day early in the morning just to be sure that they will deliver. I also marked as a company so it鈥檚 mean office ours. But still they didn鈥檛 delivered it. Really bad company and I recommend you to stay away from it!
The greeting card is totally wet and water is dripping from it all over the place. As I said really poor quality!
No compensation at all for running our valentine.
And the order is more than 7000 peso.

Ang valentine nito at inorder ko na noong 24 ng Enero. Hindi nila maihatid ito dumating isang araw matapos ang mga valentine at ang mga bagay ay nawawala at hindi maganda ang kalidad!
Walang tulong mula doon na sumusuporta kahit na nakipag-ugnay ako sa kanila ng parehong araw nang madaling araw upang matiyak lamang na maihahatid nila. Nagmarka din ako bilang isang kumpanya kaya't ito ang ibig sabihin ng opisina. Ngunit hindi pa rin nila ito naihatid. Talagang hindi magandang kumpanya at inirerekumenda kong manatili ka rito!
Ang greeting card ay lubos na basa at ang tubig ay tumutulo mula dito sa buong lugar. Tulad ng sinabi ko talagang mahina ang kalidad!
Walang bayad sa lahat para sa pagpapatakbo ng aming valentine.
At ang order ay higit sa 7000 piso.

Worst! Ordered in advance for Feb 14, until now Feb 15, still no luck on my order. Too Late that i've read this reviews, and learned a lot on this situation. Will report this Website To Shut it down for deceiving people.

Never order at this place. I was dissapointed that they deliver the flowers the next day I order it, instead of the actual birthday date that I put. This people doesn't read and follow a clear instruction.

I pre ordered a week before valentines day so i could be sure the flowers got there on the 14th and the dopes deliver on the 12th. No contact from compliant made to them. Spend your money somewhere else save the embarrassment.

I am not from other online company or whatsoever. If you are really considering to buy from them, please take time to read this. I had a really bad experience with FOREVER FLORIST INTERNATIONAL AND FOREVER FLORIST PHILIPPINES. Never ever try to avail from them. I ordered 101 Reasons for Valentine's Day 2017, and what they delivered to my girlfriend was really different (with all the ugly wrappers, ribbon, etc.). I didn't check the reviews for this certain company because I was really excited when I saw their page. I know that sounds stupid, right? It's because the photos on their website ww w.forever-florist-philippines.com are really enticing. Plus you won't be able to contact them on the delivery day because they don't even provide a contact number–just their email address. The bouquet was delivered at almost 3:00 PM Manila time. So imagine the stress you would feel for you won't have any idea where the hell are they and if they're really going to deliver it. When my girlfriend told me that she received it already, I asked her to take a photo of it. I was really disappointed when I saw the picture. THE ROSES ARE ALMOST ROTTEN AND ALMOST BLACK IN COLOR. When I placed my order, I asked them what kind of roses they would use. This certain "N.S"(I would not mention her name) their Customer Service Manager told me that they would use large and imported roses. But the roses that they actually delivered were really small. Looks like they have some supplier from a flower market in Manila, populary known as Dangwa. I am 90% sure that they ordered it from Dangwa because I used to buy flowers there before. If only I can attach the photos here. ?

I asked for a full refund. They replied to me 24 hours after I complained. They asked for the photos so I sent them what they want. At first, this N.S. offered me that they would redeliver with a complimentary box of chocolates. I told them that I do not want anything to be delivered again and I just want my money back. They contacted their "representative" and they told me that their representative said that the bouquet was in good condition and most of the roses are okay and they are only giving 50% refund. Pffft. What would you expect? They will not tell the truth. I still insisted that I want a full refund and finally they emailed me that they will process it.

They really gave me a refund in full amount. But imagine the inconvenience and stress they have caused. I was really stressed out the past week because of them. Never ever trust this company.

Delivered after 5 days. Cheap flowers. Flowers dried and rotten. Chocolate worth will be $1 but charged $25. NEVR EVER ORDER AGAIN IN THIS WEBSITE.

Never use it. Worst experience ever. First they stated the ordered flowers were not available, so they will send a replacement.
Actual flowers were NEVER delivered. NO contact since then (not responding to emails). Will report this scam company to police and claim the money back via card company.

Had terrible experience with this so called florist,they garentee delivery next day that was bs,I had order flowers to get to my wife Xmas eve they took my money through PayPal then I got email say could not deliver till 29th so I said no that pointless as this for Xmas just refund,then I check PayPal says pending the refund,so I contact them they said its problem with the florist looks like they not have enough money in there acount that's why not clear,so then I contact florist who said no it's PayPal not us refund there,then they where all closed till the 30th,I contact PayPal again they told me the same,I tried many times contact florist no reply,,I had not been able buy my wife another gift and she had no Xmas gift all because this stupid florist,then they finally contact me in Jan 1st yes omg and said sorry I will get my refund some one looking in to it,I said its to late now PayPal have taken over and it's disputed claims now,,and they will refund me,,I ask as a company u think just offer refund after all you done is ok,if you want to make amends show you are sorry please sent the flower teddy chocolate to my wife say sorry,,I waited and not even a reply so I email again still no reply,,so this why I warn you off this poor poor excuse off a florist so you don't go through what I did but more sad my wife who ended up with nothing for Xmas and they did not even care make amends,,Be warned don't fool for my mistake in choosing these jokers worst service ever!!!

I have used these people on several occasions with no problem. This past experiance with them is a joke. I placed an order friday am said it would be delivered sat afternoon. Even told me on sun they were delivered. After several emails and texting my girl friend they realized flowers were not delivered. Now you would think they would send out a fresh arrangement. Nope they locate the arrangement and deliver it on a wed evening. Not only were the flowers dead but the driver starts asking my girl friend out. And what do they have to say. Could you please send us pics of the dead flowers. Are you kidding me they have been in a truck since sat morning and you want pics…

I ordered flowers two days in advance, they never delivered the day I requested. There is no phone number to contact or complain, only the chat window. And I don't know why they have this because they are of ZERO assistance and they cant do anything…They didn't even have the decency to let me know they can't deliver, or phone my wife to apologise or inform her of what the status is. It was her birthday and they made me look like I forgotten her birthday. Eventually it arrived the next day, and to top the disappointment, the vase was broken….unbelievable! I invite the owner to contact me. Order number 220486.

Update:

The Company investigated the matter and about two weeks later replaced the broken vase and they also send my wife a chocolate with card apologising for the bad experience. This shows that the company is committed to customer satisfaction. Thanks.

I ordered the flower, 1 week before the set day of delivery to make sure they have plenty of time to prepare but still didnt received any confirmation the whole afternoon 'til night. I contacted the customer service to verify the delivery status and the reason is they are waiting for the delivery dept. I'm not happy for the service and not reliable enough as I spent a lot of money for a suppose to be a birthday surprise for today.

I ordered some flowers for delivery just out of Cebu – the day before and well inside cut off time. About an hour after I had ordered and paid for them I received and email saying they couldn't deliver the next day – this notice came well before the cut off time. I was confused and annoyed so I emailed a complaint (there is no phone number published)
They then went out of there way to get the delivery done and succeeded – flowers arrived 5.00pm the day after I ordered – as promised.
I think guaranteed delivery the next day is not to be relied on – even though these people went to great effort and succeeded. This was a birthday gift and next time I'll order two days ahead of time.
The effort they went to to comply with my expectations was excellent – they went out of their way to get a difficult delivery done on time and succeeded. I have no hesitation recommending them but if you can place your order a day early.
They all advertise guaranteed delivery anywhere in the Philippines – next day – but that's a big ask.

I have been using Forever Florist Philippines for all our family birthday, anniversaries, and Christmas gifts since 2005. Our family have only ever experienced the highest quality flowers and gift arrangements. Also their customer service and support is excellent too. We only ever had one delay (we have sent over 20 orders) which was when a Typhoon hit and caused a 1 day delay to our order but they were prompt in warning us of the delay and were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault.

I very much recommend this company for sending flowers and gifts in the Philippines.

Hello.

It's been two times I use the services of this company, ForEverFlorist-Philippines, while been I in France to send flowers in Philippines.

The first time I had a problem cause I sent my order just a little bit too late but they refunded me with no delay. The second time it was VERY important to me the flowers been delivered the day I asked and they did perfectly and all was fine.

An other thing: they have always answered my mail very shortly and felt a very determination to serve at their best their customers.

I am happy to promote them here.

I have used many different companies for sending flowers to my wife in the Philippines with varying degrees of success. I must say that I have been very impressed with both the quality of flowers but also the customer service and after sales follow up from Forever Florist Philippines. The flowers received we simply stunning and they responded to all my pre sales queries promptly and let me know once my order had arrived.

I strongly recommend Forever Florist Philippines for anyone who needs a trustworthy company to handle their flower delivery in the Philippines.

Failed to deliver Valentines flowers and gift on the 14th even though the order was placed on the 11th. When I queried at 5pm local time they assured me the order was out for delivery and deliveries would continue until 10pm due to extreme load of deliveries – durrrr what do they expect on Valentines day!! Take on some extra delivery drivers or restrict the amount of orders they accept to what they are actually able to deliver would seem to be sensible… Still no delivery made by midnight on the 14th.
A Valentines gift that doesn't get delivered on Valentines day is hardly a Valentines gift worth paying a premium price for!
A further email to there alleged 24 response customer service team resulted in an auto reply saying they are closed until 9am…. So not only are they incompetent in making deliveries on the requested date but also make false claims on their website..
Now waiting to see what sort of state the flowers are in, when and if they eventually get delivered on the 15th after being driven around in a baking hot van for a day and a half! Avoid this company at all costs! The only thing they are efficient at is processing your credit card payment!!

Update – Valentines Day Order was finally delivered at about 6pm local time on the 17th February… However it was not complete and missing an extra item that I had selected and paid for!!

This Company is a completely incompetent – do not risk disappointment on special days by trusting these people to deliver what they say – or even deliver anything at all – except disappointment and empty promises. Thank You Forever Florist for ruining a special day.
