Excellent service. Very good on following delivery instructions and best of all, the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Very quick and efficient service ordered at 6pm uk time and delivered 12.25pm Thailand time next day . (7hrs in front of UK) Recipient sent picture and they look lovely and just as picture on website. Was kept well in formed by email of order stage. Perhaps a little pricey my only quibble

It was my first time sending flowers within Thailand and I was a bit anxious if they will find the place in the northern farmlands (I just had the address available in Thai and copied it into the form). When I made a small mistake while ordering, the customer service fixed my problem within 5 minutes after I wrote them by email. On the delivery day they couldn't provide the flowers as on the picture but the customer service informed me early enough about the issue and after awaiting my answer to their suggestion they made a wonderful bouquet (it was a bit different in colors but as amazingly beautiful in the ordered size) and my mother got a happy surprise on time. As a bonus: The additional Teddy was bigger than expected. So all in all I'm very pleased and definitely will order with Forever Florist again.

Fast response within minutes with good customers service and excellent English language communication. Ordered my purchase last night and delivered by today. Bouquet of flower ( colour my world – 6 roses) was an excellent choice, my fiancee loved it. The combination of flowers & roses makes it so colourful, however 4 out of 6 was baby pink and 2 out of 6 was bright pink because in the specifications mention 6 pink roses which I assume was similar in the picture, but it was no big deal. Upon purchase, there are different range of colour wrap to select from for the bouquet which make it something different from other flower companies in Bangkok. Overall reliable company.

Forever Florist has one of the largest selections of flower arrangements and gifts (ie. cake, balloons) I've ever seen. I live in the U.S and was not able to attend my mom's birthday/Father's day, but Forever Florist delivers worldwide. That allowed me to order a beautiful bouquet of flowers and chocolate cake to be delivered to my parents in Thailand. Great service, easy online purchase, and quality products!

I recently placed an order with Forever Florist Thailand. I was very happy with both their service and their product. I immediately received an order confirmation email from them and follow-up emails that allowed me to understand the progression of my order. They even have a tracking link that allows you to view your order status. Additionally, they contacted the person that would be receiving the order to verify correct and timely delivery. Our delivery was on time and the flowers were in perfect condition. We live in a remote area of Isan and I was worried that no one could find our home. My Wife was very pleased and the bouquet was larger that I expected.

So my girlfriend was visiting her family in Udonthani and is now locked down . I鈥檝e ne we had any reason to send flowers or gifts in Thailand before but now had a great reason- she鈥檚 there an I鈥檓 in the US!

I wanted to surprise her so I had to find a florist myself. I found Forever Florist online and had some questions. Their chat worked perfectly and they were very helpful. I鈥檝e now used them 3 times this month and each time perfectly. Orders were delivered correctly and on time and my girlfriend says the flowers were beautiful! They follow up with progress emails and even answer any replies to their emails. The Billings on my credit card were exactly as authorized. I鈥檇 strongly recommend this company to anyone. After browsing the website, which itself deserves recognition, especially when compared to the majority of online merchants in Thailand, my email correspondence with the florist was both prompt and courteous. Each step was made straightforward by their instructions, and delivery at 11:15AM the next day was confirmed by yet another email. So far so good.

The bouquet itself consisted primarily of 6 red and 4 large white roses, which were all perhaps 90% fresh. Enough to retain their colour and shape, but having sadly lost a touch of resplendence. To be honest, neither myself nor my girlfriend were enamoured with the overall arrangement, which contained a multitude of white and violet filler flowers, when I had requested pink. Nor did we like the polka dot wrapping paper, so I should apparently have been more specific, regarding these details.

I had actually wanted freesias alongside the roses, but for whatever reason, these weren't available. Of course, I shall keep such things in mind, if ever I place another order.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers early in the morning and they were prepared and sent over by noon time. Greatly appreciate the excellent response and service!

Excellent experience, order at 13:30 and recipient got it at 17:00. During the period, cause of cannot contact the recipient as so a little bit delayed, otherwise, the order can be finished at 15:00.

The CS department is perfectly helpful and considerable.

Made order on Sunday morning and by 10:00 am flowers delivered. Very good service and beautiful flowers. Thank you for making our anniversary special. Very good service!

I live in the UK. I wanted to send some flowers to my girlfriend in Thailand. I first thought the research and process would be difficult. I simply did a quick google search and FFT came up. It was the only site I looked at.. it looked professional and easy to navigate. I went though the site processing the order , I was expecting it to encounter some problem why it couldn鈥檛 accept the order or something ..:but it didn鈥檛! Ordering was straight forward and at this point I was still expecting some contact to be made and tell me that the order couldn鈥檛 be done …so I kept checking emails but nothing! A few hours later, I had a beautiful photo sent to me from my girlfriend of her with the flowers and the biggest smile on her face. She was super happy! The flowers were absolutely spot-on to what the picture on the site shown and the extras I asked for. Even several hours after, she is still so happy with the flowers ,showing her friends etc. and also she鈥檚 very happy with me which isn鈥檛 always the case!!

To very bad all team that I can say how to work and service your customer. My husband wanted to do surprise me on Valentine鈥檚 Day with a beautiful flowers and some chocolates but everything weren鈥檛 delivered at exact time. Today is 15 February,2020 and I don鈥檛 expect they will do anything to rush their supplier to send something to me or call me for apology. I told my husband to not order anything to them again. It is enough for fake company. You don鈥檛 have even a rose at your shop. Only bad business deal ! From order number 756278
