This site is a complete hoax. I鈥檝e been emailing them for months. I never received my order from March 1, 2020…. Ridiculous and not a legit company horrible!!!

I have quite a few orders from Foreverlux. They ship within a day (free shipping is via DHL where they give to USPS for final delivery). All fragrances are authentic and new. I think most of these negative reviews are fake (probably from competitors). The problem is that they (meaning these reviews including mine) cannot be verified. Still, these reviews do not align with all of my experiences (orders) with them. Red flags on these reviews, if you ask me.

I was very disappointed with my purchase of the perfume called TRUE LOVE earlier this month which is 1 of my favorite fragrances. This product does not last nor smell like the original scent more alcohol. Now I am in the process of getting my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I truthfully have had a wonderful experience with ForeverLux. I have placed 2 online orders and received them both very quickly and the perfumes were real bottles, unwrapped and unused. They smelled wonderful and I had no problems with them. I just placed an order where my discount code disappeared (I did have my cart left for 2 days straight before I made my purchase so I am taking some of the blame for this) but when I attempted to cancel the order (I immediately placed a new order using the code) I found I couldn鈥檛 cancel the erroneous order. I contacted the company via email about cancelling the order before I get charged for it so I鈥檒l update this review after I experience their response. So far, I have only great things to say about them.
5/25/20- To add to this review, they cancelled the order without any problems and emailed me to reassure me that it was cancelled. This company is wonderful to work with! I love the products, the prices can鈥檛 be beat, and the customer service is stellar! Shipments arrive quickly and tracking is provided. There isn鈥檛 a single thing I could negatively say about ForeverLux but I have plenty that鈥檚 positive to say about them. They are an excellent company! 馃憤馃徏

Placed an order on 4-6-20 and waited and waited. On 4-13-20 I contacted them via chat and they stated their "system" determined my order to be fraud and canceled it. They issued a refund on 4-8-20 which I noticed on the day I contacted them but they did not email me or anything. This place is a joke. DON'T order from them.

I order a $150 bottle of cologne 3 weeks ago and still nothing and can't get any info from forverlux no phone that works

I started buying from them after getting their fragrance thru eBay. It smelled good and the shipping was fast. But buying thru their direct website is a nightmare. They give poor batches which are extremely bad performing fragrance and their shipping is horrible. They just create a label and call it ship without dropping them to post facility. Their customer service expect us to go to the local retail store to validate the performance. I have done for some which was selling but most of these are not sold in retail stores. Bad experience from these folks. I know they have low prices but the performance and product quality is something u need to sacrifice.

Foreverlux is the worst place to purchase fragrances from they take forever to send your order and just recently I ordered a bottle of cologne and the next day they refunded me my money and didn't tell me why… they are so unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone

I ordered a bottle of 1 million lucky. Price was good. Next day they refunded my
Money. I've attempted to call and email them several times… No response. So not really diggin the customer service of this company. There wasn't even an explanation why the refund

bought three Christmas gifts of cologne from this outfit. all three individuals opened their gift and stated the product was watered down. one of the ladies stated it was not even the right color. i don't know how it happened. i don't want to know. all i can say is NEVER AGAIN.

But these guys's shipping takes 10-12 business days to deliver your order from NJ to UT…. this is a complete joke. It took 12 days to get stuff that I ordered from Rassia through ebay…. it took them 5 days to ship the order to start with…..we will see what are we getting….

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Will send CRACKED bottles of cologne with broken CAPS! We will never order from these trolls again. A waste of time and money.

I buy a lot of fragrances from different websites and I have to say that this one was a not a good company to purchase from. First of all their return policy is epensive. They charge a restocking fee of 20%.
Second you cannot contact them via telephone only email , so if you have any issues with an order it is done with only email and a chat service online that you never get an agent to answer anyway. Third, they ship to you with free shipping, there ship without insurance so if your package gets lost, they will not make a claim because they dont insure their packges. Fourth if you make a mistake when ordering they claim that their system automatically fulfills the order so your purchase cannot be modified and then they charge you a restocking fee. In my opinion it is not a cosumer friendly site and their prices are ususally higher then other sites. All in all its a bad place to purchase. Stay away
