I placed an order May 11, 2020 and my estimated shipping date was May 29. It is now June 8 and the order status still says manufacturing but the estimated arrival date is still May 29. I emailed the company on June 5 and all I got was an automated response. There isn鈥檛 a phone number to contact.

Placed my order before May and the expected delivery promised before Mother鈥檚 Day… then later changed to May 20… it鈥檚 June first and I鈥檓 trying to track my order and it shows it still being manufactured?! But the delivery date expected is still May 20… make it make sense…. spent a chunk of money on 3 different Mother鈥檚 Day gifts which seems I will never receive. Literally buy from anywhere else and it鈥檒l be a better decision than this 馃憥馃徎

Horrible! I paid expedite service of $19.95 and its still in process of "manufacturing" Sent couple emails asking when I can actually receive the product, no response. Do not order from this site.

My 14 year old son spent $72 on a necklace on MARCH 13 and it has yet to arrive!!! $72 to a 14 year old is a CRAZY amount of money! These people should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

This was a perfect first Mother's Day gift for my mom on her first time celebrating the holiday as a GRANDMOTHER.

Because I want to be fair with my previous review I want to mention that my gift was delivered 17 days later than the date promised even if in the meantime I asked for a full refund (which i didn鈥檛 receive)
Still wouldn鈥檛 do business again with forevermy.com bc of the frustration that they caused and because the customer service sucks but at least they exist as a company.
My initial thoughts that they were totally internet scam and they don鈥檛 exist was wrong.

This a scam, they sent me an infinite necklace that was incorrect and will no own up to it. DO NOT EVER order from them. Customer service is horrible, there is no contact information and there is no packing slip, and no return address, it is impossible to contact them other than email. They will not own up their mistakes.

Horrible customer service I have emailed them 3 times and no response, they guaranteed delivery before mother鈥檚 day and is 5/22 and still no delivery

NEVER received item, do NOT order
– They do not list any address
– Their package tracking numbers do not match any courier (they also don't send courier details in their shipping confirmation)
– They just answer every review here with "we're looking into it", everything's fine.Nothing happens

They also say that they sent an e-mail and that maybe it is in the junk. That is not the case, I sent the other e-mail and received nothing.
Also with Order and confirmation number they might be able to find the item, but they simply do not care.

I don't think I'll receive anything, but just trying to help other people.

Placed an order with a May 9 delivery date on April 29 and I paid $14.95 for express shipping. I tracked my order and 10 days later it still has not shipped. I want a full refund. I feel like these guys are scammers

Everything from the picking out the product all the way to the day it鈥檚 delivered was perfect and you will not find such great quality for such a great price anywhere.

Just like everyone else has commented about this company I had placed an order well ahead of Mother鈥檚 Day with a delivery date of May 5. It is now May 15 and when I go to track my package it says the tracking number they provided me is invalid. I鈥檝e emailed the company twice I have had no response. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This necklace was the perfect gift for Mother鈥檚 Day. My mom didn鈥檛 waste anytime get her necklace placed on her necklace with a lovely smile on her face.

Terrible customer service. I paid $19.95 extra to receive my item for before Mother's Day. It arrived after. I have reached out to them twice via their online portal, with no response. I wouldn't have ordered it at all if I knew it was going to arrive late. Useless service.

Never received my item. Tracking number not recognized on the French postal service website they refer you to. Sent two emails into the company and they have yet to reply. Will work with my credit card company to reverse the charges. Avoid at all costs this seems like a scam.

The necklace I ordered for my mom is beautiful and great quality. My only complaint is that I paid extra to make sure it was delivered by Mother's Day. I ordered the necklace on 4/28, I was notified on 5/3 that it had shipped. Not sure what happened but it was not delivered until 5/12 which was very disappointing as it was a gift for my mom for Mother's Day.

Do not order from this company foreverMy. I order from them on May the second and paid 14.95 express shipping. Yeah right express shipping! Have not received nothing not even a email from this company. I written several. I Get updates from usps but its says out for delivery. Mother's day came and went.

Just wanted to update my post. I received my order on the 15th of May. I did not get a email explaining why my order was late or if I would be refunded my express shipping money. Also the way I wanted the names on my gift was not in order. As I had clearly stated. Also I was charged extra money for something I don't know as to why. I'm over it already and will never do business with this company again.

Just like all the other negative reviews on this site, my wife's necklace never arrived as the company promised. I ordered it May 1, paid $14.95 Express shipping to arrive by May 8-9 (before Mother's Day). ForeverMy emailed that they shipped it out USPS May 7. Tracking showed it would arrive May 11. Still waiting today (May 12) for it to arrive with no delivery date available now.

Really ForeverMy? Your mothers would be ashamed of you if they knew how many customers (and mother's expecting a ForeverMy gift) you screwed this Mother's Day.

What kind of company are you running? I would have left you a zero stars rating if I could.

Oh, and their offer as a make good (select 1): option 1: 10k gold stud earrings ($49.95 value); option 2 50% off coupon for future purchase; option 3: refund of 10% of purchase. I might consider an option, but I have lost all trust in ForeverMy.

I am sorry that I ever bought anything from ForeverMy. This is forever my worst company that I have ever done business with.

I like everyone else on this site did not receive the the necklace that was supposed to be from my kids to my wife. Should have seen their faces when i said it wasn't going to arrive by May 8th like forever my promised. I understand things are delayed right now but don't say you can still deliver on time or I would have never ordered. Was hoping at least it would arrive today but it didn't. Can't even track where it is. So disappointed.

Wow, I wish I read this before my order shame on me for not doing a little more research. I ordered and paid extra to have my item arrive before mothers day. Like everyone else it is now the 5/11/2020 and it still has not arrived. Check order status and it shows that my order is not found. Sent email to company and still no response. Will like my shipping cost refunded if item arrives. If not I will dispute it with my credit card. This is false advertising. Also I am in the US so why has my item not arrived?

Update. After receiving the response from forever my. I have realized that this is a scam. I will be calling my credit card company to cancel any payment. I will also contact the bbb and anyone else i need to, to shut this down. I live in a residential home and if you gave usps an incorrect address then that is on you. Also when I made my purchase it shows that it will be delivered to my door. Usps delivers to my mail box never to my door. On top of that i have no tracking number because forever my never sent me anything. As i stated before my order shows order was not found on the website. This company is located in Israel and Singapore.

Update… I have filed a complaint with the FTC. If you have been scamed by this company go the FTC.gov website and file a complaint. They need this shut down as not not rob others of there hard earned money especially at times like this where people are already going though so much. I will file more complaints through other government links and called my bank to file a complaint.

I ordered a mother's day gift on April 25th. Paid additional for shipping, guaranteed delivery by May 9th, a day before mother's day. Today, mothers day is May 10th. Its 7pm and I still haven't received the gift. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't reccomend this company to a friend if they were giving things away and paying you for the order. Thanks for nothing!
