Great gifts and my partner is always happy when I get her one

I had a similar experience to others. They lost my mail (apparently it arrived but it definitely did not) and when I politely brought it up, they refused to issue a refund or send a replacement.
Don鈥檛 bother. This company doesn鈥檛 stand for anything.

1 order did not come at all and they are refusing to refund me in full- it has been at their local post office for 5 days now.
1 order was horrible- The $20 gift packaging is shredded paper inside the same dirty dented shipping box.
The $65 bath bomb had a tag on it from SnazzieBombs.com so i look it up and the same one is selling for $2.
The body butter was thick- not a butter- but a cream- and there is no expiration date on any of the cosmetics which is a big red flag- as every other cosmetic product I own has an open jar symbol with 6-12 months on it.
The candle smells like vanilla, and the diamond is not even GIA or certified by a reputable source, they give you a foreverwick diamond certification.
These are all red flags, I demanded a partial refund for my order, but it takes DAYS for them to respond.
This is obviously running out of someones home, its not an actual business that has different departments like a customer service dept, or a shipping dept, or a candle making dept. Everything was lousy and the products are subpar from being worth anything they claim they are…. Defemation is a crime.
ForeverWickCandles.com shame on you.

Avoid and order from one of the other many dimond candle firms.

I placed a large order with ForeverWick, for which the parcel has gone missing. I have never used them before, and found this odd. I was then informed by ForeverWick, that the parcel was delivered (without a signature), I checked all around my home, and knocked on loads of doors to see if it was given to someone else by accident. However. It was not.
I spent last week speaking with Foreverwick, via email and through their Facebook chat. However, they stopped replying. I then threatened to action a fraud case through my bank. This caused them to reply again, they responded instructing that I would have to do a claim against DHL.
I鈥檓 not sure what information they have, however, as a recipient, I cannot complete a claim back form. I have spoken to DHL, which confirmed that ForeverWick would have to deal with them relating to the delivery.
ForeverWick have refused to issue a refund on the account, and instructed that I will have to wait on DHL鈥檚 response. I have spoken to my bank and Citizens advice, that鈥檚 confirmed that the sender is responsible for safe delivery of the parcel, given the circumstances, they should process a refund immediately given the circumstances.
ForeverWick have refused at this point, and I鈥檓 candleless and 拢161 down. I have now had to complete a charge back against the sum, and will wait for the bank to force ForeverWick to complete a refund.
Whether ForeverWick are fraudulent or not, I don鈥檛 know, as I haven鈥檛 received an order from them in the past. However, that have acted outside Consumer Laws, and they feel they are a law to themselves.
I would avoid at all costs.
