Mike rescue team came to my rescue and reclaimed all my funds for me even when I thought everything had gone but the positive comments about them prompted me to give them a trial, All funds were reclaimed as

I don't know how this company is allowed to do business in the UK other than no-one has investigated them. It is a complete scam from their proprietary trading platform which is full of "bugs" to deceive customers and misrepresent market data completely right down to their customer service who will reply to you only on the last day FCA allow for a response and will use all types of tricks to close your complete prematurely. COMPLETE SCAM! My mind is blown how this company is being allowed to do business particularly in this economic climate and I pray the FCA and Financial Ombudsman shut them down ASAP before any more people are SCAMMED.

It makes the FCA look bad when they have FCA approved splashed all over their Google and website to trick people into trusting them – such a SCAM!

It took the joint effort of my credit card and a fintech expert company to recoup my lost funds via +(1(3four6twotwo891three6)waatsapp

Unfortunately for them, I am software engineer and so was able to "detect / QA" this "They have a trading scam by rogue proprietary technology" and I have photographic and video evidence of the fraud they perpetrated against me and I will be publishing that information to Youtube and the web to make others aware of this MASSIVE SCAM!

Do not get involved with this company
Do not get involved with this company. I decided that I would register on the 8th of January 2020, immediately upon registering I received my first call to get me to deposit funds into my account. I deposited $25000 and was scheduled to have a call with their trainer the following day. After some thought, I decided that I would not progress and withdrew my $25000. That is when the nuisance calls started harassing me on why I withdrew my money.Between 9th January and 12th of January 2020 I have so far received 21 phone calls from numerous 0330 390 numbers and also approximately 10 voicemail calls. As of 12th of January (4 days later) the $25000 has not been credited back onto my credit card.
Update17th January – After I posted this initial review I received a mail from them advising that they had notified all parties that these nuisance calls were to stop, I confirm that they did stop.

However, my money wasn't refunded. But upon the advice of my husband, I reached out to a fintech expert: [Recoveryloop.tech_ they helped me file a chargeback.

Afterwards, I also received confirmation that my money was being refunded, I can confirm that my refund of $25000 was paid into my account on the 15th of February

Clunky platform cost me a fortune. Useless and borderline rude customer services. Thanks for wasting my time and money, I'll stick with IG in future.

Forex.com is fraud company. They are working against clients. To rob clients and steal the money. Theire price is not accurate. Stay away from this broker

This is a fraud /cheat company who would do you worst if you start making some money . They traded on my account with out my consent , they blocked me from closing my profitable trades , customer service go dead at times for days . please stay away and dont risk your money with them ………

Difficult to work with. Customer service barely speaks English. Worst part was cancelling my account. Took a complaint to get funds back.

You should stay away from this broker and cityindex. I have sent them an email and told them i am not allowing you to trade against me and i am not allowing you to share my id with anyone else and tag my trades. They basically sent me a closure notice without any description.

I did not like their customer service experience at all, but they did have good spreads compared to my last broker. I have since moved on but would consider them again

They are the worst brokers.
One of their representative contacted me today and he was very adamant at me for some reason.It was very digusting and displeasing.I would not recommend them as a broker ever

I am a programmer, wrote various scripts to help me trade, and used them with MT4 from forex.com. I open 2 EURUSD trades, one is profitable. I want to close the profitable one, the message is: "Cant close because of FIFO rule". I do a search online, people advise changing trade size. Guess what, does not work with this broker. as soon as it becomes unprofitable though, closing it is suddenly not a problem LOL. I could not find this rule anywhere in FAQ or elsewhere on their site. Also no news,and the symbol list is limited. Support comes back after a few days. This outlines my experiences with forex.com.

This is the worst broker ever! They did a margin call and closed ALL of my positions at once! This is not standard, they should close only one of them at a time, then the next one in order. They're disgusting thieves! And they're customer service is so bad, no body answers the phone, and chat they're so lazy, they're like robots and keep answering questions with scripts. They didn't reply to any emails I sent the account manager and remember they're a market maker – THEY KEEP your money when you lose! And they try to mess you up as much as possible!

Been waiting a week to have my money sent back to me now they said it will take another four days. Not enough staff In house I was told to process all their paperwork.
also they claim if you deposit funds with a debt card they will only send funds back to the debt card. Can鈥檛 wire funds to your bank account or send a check.
The worst part is they don鈥檛 even call or email you that your request for funds is dead on arrival you have to keep calling them.

Like many others have already mentioned site is entirely safe for any other views like that completely and clearly here, so you may see what is what. For sure stocks give much better results than forex trading, but NOT in COVID time;)

Attracted by the instruments and the tradingview based platform.
So upset with both their web platforms which are just too slow and freeze.
I guess it's ok if you place a trade a week but not for fast execution or serious trader. Take your money elsewhere.

And lately i couldn't connect at night, every night.
I made a video and complained and their answer was, oh yes sorry our system is back now. You can contact our chat. What? I lost thousands and that's what you give me! And their chat is incompetent and slow, like now 30 minutes no answer.

Save your money and stay away from their useless platform and appalling customer service.

My account manager called my almost every day was telling me to make a profit. I invested almost all my money and when asked about withdraw, my account became inactive and I lost it all my money. I was so angry for a few months, but recently started to move. I鈥檓 writing this only to warn you. Do not trust this company!!!

FOREX.com are total scammers! They give a promise that everything will be good with withdrawal and lying that you don't get charged. I deposited some of my savings and after trading couldn鈥檛 withdraw what I got. My only advise to you traders – have no business with these people!!!!

A complete con forex have taken our money and when we've tried to withdraw we were told we had to wait 30 days over 2 months later we've not been able to talk to anyone despite leaving a number of messages. They clearly take your money make it look like the investments good but have no intentions of ever giving you money back.
Do not touch this company, any good reviews on here are potentially fake!!

make it very very hard to withdraw funds, they have my passport, driving license, bank statements and still refusing withdrawal requests and they charging me inactivity fees due to not using them when trying to get my money out. AVOID.
