Just by watching all this last bad reviews I'll stay away from them. Thanks for the bad experience reviews helps people not to be scamed too. I have been scamed on some other investing web sites, so now I look for any red light to stay away.

I have traded using Umarkets for about two years. After I lost about USD $15,000 over the period and had only USD$63 in my account, I tried to get that money back so I could close the account. I am not arguing about the loss – they were my trades. I cannot get anyone to answer me. My "expert" got promoted and won't answer. I filled in the form required to close the account but she used the excuse that she missed it when she got promoted. Someone did get back to me at one point, but that happened at a time when my wife of 55 years died of brain cancer. I was occupied with other matters. So they just remain silent.
When I look at my account now, even the $63 is gone – it now shows zero balance. I have a new expert assigned to me, but she will not answer. I want to know where my money has gone. I also want to be able to get my transaction history for taxation purposes. I have kept copies of my emails. Nobody wants to know me now because I am not funding my account.
This company is a disappointment. I have asked what bank my money was placed with, but that question was ignored also.
I should have known that a company headquartered where it is can be suspect. Now I refuse to trade with any company outside Australia.

They are the real scammers. I have been followed by floods of calls and when I deposited $1000 to trade finally. However, they robbed me without my consent. They said they would compensate in the beginning of deposit but after they robbed me they did not even care if I was their customer. They are the worst people without any compassion. I request everyone not to trade with them. I would like to complain against these people. Can anyone help me proper legal way to sue them and bring this scammers down? Please help me.

I wanted to download a book which they were advertising – cheap marketing trick, and the book turned out to be a superficial crap. For that they demand you to enter your name, email and phone number which leads to automatic registering on their website, and there is no way to deactivate your account.
As soon as they see you register they will harass you multiple times per day by any means and try to persuade you to register as
they get their bonus per each registration. Avoid them!!!They keep on calling you every day and humiliate you. They try to pull you in and press you to give your personal data and top up your account over the phone.
They do not take "no" for an answer. The chase you on everyday basis and talk to you in a rude manner. Very poor customer service.

I have subscribed to Umarkets because I believed they were a trusted company, which is not the case.
I have requested more than 5 times to cancel my subscription, since I do not have any interest in working with them.
I unsubscribed online thru my personal account, however they still hold my personal data and they keep calling me on my mobile phone on a daily basis to offer me online investments. I received a call this morning at 7am!!!
This company does not respect the customer's data privacy and they do not respect the customers requests.
Do not believe in anything they say!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I joined in October 2019 told them I鈥檓 not interested after the one hour long phone call about balsh*t. I have been receiving calls from them ever since and it is now March 2020. I have clearly told them to stop calling me. They are now calling every single day from different numbers harassing me. When I answer they don鈥檛 even talk anymore they just stay silent and breathe over the phone then hang up. Trust me avoid these people regardless of what you have read on the internet.

I have tried many places to earn in this way and in this direction, but there have always been many pitfalls and not in favor of me. I don't trade with crypt, though.
