I lost a total of $15,000 including payment of their service fee of $2,250. They promised to trade and make profit without blowing my capital but failed woefully. They blew the account and told me to put more money blaming their failure on glitch. They are unprofessional and their robot adverts aren't real as what they claim doesn't happen in live accounts. They blocked me from all communication channels including their phone contacts, whatsapp and telegram when i tried reaching them for my complaints. They have the worst customer service who only talk to prospects and never care about their clients once they collect their service charge. All addresses on their web site are fake while they call you with numbers of different Country code to confuse you but their base in UAE. Am closing on them and they will be the next hushpuppy. All documents to prove my facts have been sent to Trustpilot integrity team. Am ready to upload more facts including recorded conversations, videos, documents etc if required while arrangement are on to apprehend, investigate & sue them accordingly. Lets be guided accordingly

Still not helpful, wont talk or return messages

I bought the 10 Pairs High Return EA a few weeks ago. I didn't expecpted to get the EA because a friend got scammed but after a few weeks I got the EA with the settings. But I already lost 50% REAL money because the EA or the settings do not work. It doesn't even work with a demo account. So my guessing is, the settings or EA are wrong. The team don't want to send me settings/pairs they are using for their live accounts. Really hope they will get me the needed informations, otherwise I have to hire a lawyer to get my money back.

Overall I have to say the company is very annoying, they are lying, promissing a lot and not answerring questions for a very long time. For a product who is 17'000$ you can expect VIP service. I don't know how they are doing business…

Its a Scam!I transfered 7000$ to their Account and never got connected to a robo!
They keep telling me, it takes time for the trades, but it has been 2 weeks since the money arrived their Account and Iam feeling ripped off! Don麓t waste your money with this!

Customer Service is really good, until you pay!
After i tried the Demo Account for 1-2 month I was sure, this is a good and serious company!
Since my payment of 7000$ recieved their bank Account, all changed. I have issues to get any answers from them. After 2 weeks of recieving the payment, they aren't able to do a single trade yet!!
Its a big scam and I actually Just want my money back!

Its a rip off! Stay away from them!
I first tried the demo account and made 2 Millions in 1 month. But as I wanted to open a account and transfered the 7000$ they are not responding to my messages! No trades have been made and they also closed my Demo Account!
I want my money back and probably have to sue for my money! Anyways don麓t trust this scammers, the customer support is good until you payed them, they are ignoring me since 2 weeks now to generate time i guess.

Forexrobotrading is really the best. I will not mention that your support is awesome. I will mention how you handle those tough situation in February. Hard stop, but it is natural that no one cannot have 100% winning trades. Keep going like this and continue to making us profit.

SCAM ALLERT

They offer you something, take your money, then they say it will be start soon.
But nohing will start. If u call them they say it will be start soon.
There are People they already payed one week ago and still have no service.
Also the support is horribke. Like they say: we sill call you back but nothing happens.

As a beginner on trading, I found the information highly relevant to what I was looking for.

I use it on EURUSD, GBPUSD and USOIL as recommended by friend . I am very satisfied. The results are the same as in the test. The forexrobotrading is really good.

I bought for a long time, the performance is very good Hope it stays that way.

Good profit and simple ?

this is my first time using any software like that and so far i am happy with the results i see , the support helped me to set the software on my account , i start slow with an account of $400 , and now 3 weeks after i have around $542 in my account , i like to do it slow and safe , so far i like what i see.
