I鈥檝e tried many fad diets and shakes but it never lasted. Joining Form Health was the best decision I鈥檝e ever made. I lost weight and learned how to choose healthier options that are realistic for me and my life.

I cook ethnic food for myself and my family; it鈥檚 an important part of our life and our heritage. Through the program, I don鈥檛 have to force myself to eat pre-packaged low calorie food. With information that I learned, I can modify what I cook, and think intentionally about serving size and how to build a plate that works for my goals.

Form Health taught me to make better decisions about what I eat. It鈥檚 ok to satisfy my cravings once in a while, and I have learned to forgive myself as long as it is a conscious indulgence.

This is the first time I haven鈥檛 given up on a weight-loss program. It鈥檚 not a fad diet but a lifestyle change without changing who I really am, and that鈥檚 what makes it work, because I love who I am, and I love Form Health!

This is an amazing program if you want to lose weight and get healthy, but not stress too much. What worked for me he best is that I had an actual person to send my meals to, ask questions, and have friendly chats once a week. She would always listen to my challenges and make creative suggestions that worked for my personal lifestyle. For example, when I complained that I can鈥檛 get out of habit of snacking while watching Netflix after kids go to bed, Julia helped me come up with an idea of a tray of chocolate-covered strawberries in the freezer as a healthier substitution. I lost 10 pounds in this program, and got many healthy foods in my daily menu that I actually like.

This is a great program and very effective in helping you meet your goals. The app is easy to use. It allows for a easy way to communicate with the program and provides a quick method for you to lookup all the information they provide. Juila is great, knowledgeable and helps keep you accountable. I was able to meet my goal in 3 months and have changed the way I look at eating. It is definitely worth it!

I had work with Julia Axelbaum before I tried the new program. Being that I had experienced with her she had given me tips on what I needed to improve, how to cut out unneeded calories. This was easy to follow and being in constant contact with her and her co workers was a huge plus. When it comes to the Metro East area of St Louis Mo I would be glad to join. I still reference the materials and tips that was given to me Agnes Hamilton
