Forthhosting

As a transgender woman, when I called support Mr Alexander Steel the owner of Forth Hosting wouldn't believe that I am the website owner, he accused me lot using false identity and took my website down and repeatedly harassed me for my real identity.
This is a hate crime

He went to Scottish Police and reported me for fraud

I have contacted the police and told them I am willing to help them

He has shared other customers emails with me so I've reported him to the ICO information commissioner

Abusive and Nasty

The owner Alexandra Steel at Forth Hosting held to of my domains to ransom for leaving a negative review on google. He also said that since my reviews where public that he would publish my private personal wordpress posts which included sensative posts about my PTSD and trauma which I decided not to publish.

I stand to lose several domains because he has disabled the domain management and locked my domains from being transferred out.

I also have upset customers who can't get in to their websites and I stand to lose a lot of business.

He has disabled the password reset options, changed passwords, been through private wordpress information and also trespassed on my domain
Locking me out of wp-admin which now just displays forbidden access on this service when you try to access it and he has now removed the front pages of my domains and placed his own spam advert on the front.

I feel venerable and like my trust has been violated

I have no choice but to report his actions to ICANN and Nominet along with the ICO

Forth hosting have locked people out of their accounts by changing their password and disabled the password reset option

If you don't believe me try resetting your login details or loging in.

People have taken to their Facebook page to show their outrage.

When you contact support he plays you off against other customers. My clients and I have lost at least 20 domains to the scammer called Alex.

To get help email heart internet who is a reseller and that's there Alex buys his hosting services from.

My guess is forth hosting will do a runner soon and clients like mine will be left high and dry and have lost business and customers like several of us already have

Been with the company for 5 years now and find them to be incredibly reliable. Found support to be both speedy and helpful. Can't ask for a lot more than that.
The Control Panel is easy to use and there are plenty of add ons to choose from.

Just had a really bad experience… they deleted 5 domains from their servers without any warning because I was routing thru鈥?Cloudflare. Lost 18 months worth of business email. Very unprofessional. No apology. Avoid !

support is appalling, the owner ignores support tickets, emtails and calls. Alex the owner upgraded the server and is complaining that customers have not unlocked their ftp, that's his job we don't get paid to do his job.

Don't trust this poor Scottish company

Was very surprised to read the first review here. Have recently moved from single site hosting (which I used as a test) to moving all my sites with them. Support is absolutely excellent. Polite, timely and knowledgeable. More than happy to "sing their praises" to anyone who wants good, reliable hosting with excellent support.

I gave them a go because their low prices, I ended up migrating all my web sites and even domain names to Forthhosting.
The hosting service is fast and 100% reliable, without breaks or unannounced maintainance tasks.
The control panel has everything you may need and even some extra tools like images, logos and software that can be very useful also.
The costumer service is fast and efficient. They always solve any problem you may have. Very charman people. It's a pleasure to talk to them.
My clients and I are definitely very happy and more than satisfied with Forthhosting.
After try many hosting company (some of them really bad) I wouldn't change Forthosting for any other one.

Don't use this hosting company.
They deleted all my website files from my account of all a sudden and they refused taking any responsibility for the disappearance of my entire website. They kept repeating that I they don't take any responsibility for that files and that I should have a backup of my file.
Worst experience ever since I lost a 6 months project in 1 minute.
