I love shopping here. The very first time I made a purchase I was a little nervous but when I received my merchandise it was nicely packaged and it arrived a day earlier then expected. When I call customer service everyone was very nice and helpful. I also use my Afterpay and credit often and never had a issue. Love this place.

Ordered a pair of saint laurent shoes and my order was immediately canceled. I tried a different card and it was canceled again. The reason was their inability to verify my card? Usually you get a call from someone in order to verify, i was never contacted. When i called i got some snooty girl who basically said the same nonsense. Ill stick with saks and neimans. Deleted the app.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, have a transaction with these people. They are a pro-level fraud company. Whatever they advertise is not genuine. Luxury item with a low price tag is a scam. I worked closely with the design department of a luxury brand and like every other luxury brand they have very strict regulations when it comes to threshold price or minimum retail price as well as counterfeit. (These brands collect even the smallest defected buttons back from the producer after the production is over, so they would not be 'leaked' and used for counterfeit.) The amount of time and energy that being spent in designing and producing these goods plus the material cost as the best quality materials and craftsmanship are being used, simply cannot be covered by the price tags advertised by Forward by Elyse Walker and alike. Moreover, elusive luxury is a thing. Premium products sold in premium stores at a premium price. Simple is that. Let's say if Dior's target market customer pays $3000 for a purse and later sees the same purse being sold for $300 at places like Forward by Elyse Walker, Dior would lose that customer who has a potential to drop thousands and thousands $$ more at Dior. They would never risk that. Luxury brands live by their exclusivity.

If you wake up late to realize this simple truth and already put an order with Forward by Elyse Walker, best of luck with canceling, returning or getting your money back. If you used your credit card, instead of Paypal then your credit card number with its details is in the hands of scammers now. Best of luck with that as well.

Everything about this company is fake. I ordered a Comme Des Gar莽ons tee shirt. It came with a tag with chinese writing, no authenticity and the label is actually written in Chinese. Horribly fake and a scam. Stay away and save your money.

I recently had a bad experience with forward I have ordered from them more than 20 times using afterpay in always paid off my dues before and on time I recently bought an item paid off half of it and they canceled it for no reason o being the reason of risk management team I don't respect the fact that they would do that after me being a return customer so many times I really just can't believe and know how they work I don't recommend them to anybody obviously they don't take into consideration how many times you buy from them I don't recommend them to anybody

Very racist company, I tried to order amiri jeans and my order was declined 4x. When I asked why they said they 鈥渨e don鈥檛 feel comfortable selling our items to you鈥? I asked if it was because of my last name and the lady Erica(supervisor or higher up) basically agreed not on her behalf but basically speaking on the verification team. I鈥檓 a young Nigerian man and it sad that There Company would rather not sell to minorities, like literally it 2020 stop being racist. P.s. I鈥檝e never shopped on this website in my life

FRAUD!!
I was checking my emails when I noticed a pay pal charge for over 600 USD to FORWARD saying I had purchased a T-shirt. I had never even heard of this website before! I immediately changed my passwords and contacted pay pal through the online message system and they opened a dispute. Fortunately I was able to get a full refund, so if you鈥檙e in the same situation don鈥檛 worry, just make sure to fight the charges. I believe any positive reviews on this website must be fake as there are many other people who have been scammed by them.

I bought a scarf that was sold out basically everywhere for a very good price on Forward. I was a bit sceptical about the store bc of the reviews but I risked it. I ordered it 4 days ago and received it today. One day earlier than for seen馃コ. The packaging is well done… beautiful wrapping paper! You can also follow the process, so you know where your package is. Would recommend!

Item arrived perfectly wrapped within five days of purchase and much earlier than I鈥檇 expected. I was also sent emails at every step of the shipping process from ordering the item to delivery. There was a pretty big customs charge but the site was transparent about this from the start and, considering the item was on offer, I didn鈥檛 mind paying as it still cost less than the original price.

Purchased a beautiful pair of shoes all the way from Australia and they did not disappoint! I received the item within the week, perfectly packaged. Highly recommend!

I am so disappointed! I ordered the top with descriptions on website: made in USA and material silk blend. The initial price of the top was – attention: 395 USD! So i had no doubts – the top should be from silk! I took it because i wear only natural material. It was on discount with price 74 USD.
When i just saw and felt the cheap material of this 5$ top what i got, i was just in shock! I checked lable where was written 100% polyester made in China馃槨 I was so angry at myself because i didn鈥檛 use paypal馃槴After cheating this way -customer service answer was: 鈥渟end it back!鈥?br />
Ridiculous! They cheat on me, providing with false information, paypal would鈥檝e charge them for this! Now i need to find the way to send this cheap plastic top back by myself and waste my time!
Please be careful when buying there- better double check the information about the stuff quality, or better buy somewhere else!

So I've been looking for this specific perfume and handbag from a brand and I couldn't find it anywhere, not even on their official website. I was skeptical about ordering from them because I didn't know if it was authentic or not but I got the products and I can for sure say that it's a quality, authentic product. Thanks!

Ordered a Fear of God t-shirt that I was lucky to get on discount and arrived on time and in excellent condition. This was my first purchase and likely to shop again.
The only observation I have is that their prices are some 10-15% higher (from what I have observed) compared to Farfetch and SSENSE, so they are usually my fallback option and not prime shopping portal

My first and last order Purchased a Hercules Gucci Brooch Arrived on time but missing original box and Gucci original pouch The lock was defective and the brooch is useless Unable to open it I'm returning for refund

They used to be good.
I ordered from them from 6 or 7 years ago. From China.
Last year I ordered a legging and it鈥檚 been sent the second day which was fast but the UPS LOST IT.
Since this time I was in the US I called the company but how poorly their customer service is? The girl answered the phone was really rude and don鈥檛 care attitude. They did offered me the refund but they just don鈥檛 care whatsoever. UPS was unbelievable and this company is not anything better.
Had never ordered from them again.
They just don鈥檛 care their business and customer at all.

Amazing experience. I was really skeptical after reading the reviews but FWRD was the only website that had the Saint Laurent fragments card holder in the red colour that I was searching for. I decided to give it a shot after seeing that they had a 15% off promo. They did not disappoint, my item came in original wrapped Saint Laurent packaging with dustbag and authenticity cards. I live in Canada and was even able to prepay my duties. I ordered on Friday and my item was here by Tuesday. Overall will definitely order from them again!

I have ordered two expensive Chloe bags and they were delivered withing 3 business days. The bags are authentic. People, who report that this website is a scam are nor real customers, I assume they are just a competitors who try to damage the reputation of this website.

Look I ordered something and was curious to see if this website was real and I looked at the ratings and they say this is a scam and they steal your CC. I鈥檓 pretty nervous about this and I need people to verify this so can people pls tell me if this is true or fake.

Scam site. A charge to this site showed up on my daughter's card. She did not order the item. Item shipped to our house. $10 sweatshirt, $300 charge. We are fighting the charge. Do not do business with this site.
