My company launched our Amazon account with the help of FME. We were experienced internet marketers on other platforms but wanted a sherpa for launching into the Amazon space. Overly happy with our experience. We're getting an education and great results. My experience was pretty terrible for their Amazon services. Spent many thousands of dollars for worse outcome. I think they could bring value if you are BRAND new to Amazon and simply have no idea what you are doing. Would not recommend to companies with even a mediocre understanding.

*If you choose to go with them, I recommend speaking with at least 3 of their clients. Their reviews seem questionable on here based on my experience.

I'm really wondering if something changed within their company because the positive reviews here were not at all representative to our experience. Overall we were babysitting Junior Talent for a premium price and it was stressful to see our listings tank. We stopped using them a few months ago since it was not a healthy relationship.

I felt like I needed to update my review, as a lot has changed. From the beginning, I liked the FME model and Tara, my advisor. I did think they were overpriced, but thought they were the experts, so it would be worth it. The first few months we spend $20k+ for new pictures, revised PPC and rewritten ads, but our sales didn鈥檛 increase at all the first few months (they actually continued to decrease). I was on the fence, as to whether FME would 鈥減ay off鈥?or if we just wasted $20k+.

Fast forward 5 months: we are now outperforming LY (we were decreasing when we signed up with FME), FME has outlined an outstanding plan to grow sales 30+% in 2020, costs have decreased now that the front work is done, and FME costs as a percentage of Amazon sales will be decreasing throughout 2020 (as we grow sales).

While I still feel like FME is expensive, I also feel like their work has been outstanding and they are the experts. I will stay on as a client through 2020 and am happy with their work. Tara is the best!

Excellent service!!

I hired this company to assist with my Amazon. I had paid to have my product descriptions for my two products professionally written and was selling about 3K per month. This company said my sales would improve if they redo my product description. They tole me that would cost 1,000.00 or less. I made it clear if it would be more to contact me. Well, what they do is charge your card for work done without anything. You are supposed to log in to see what they are doing. The point is I clearly stated nothing over the 1K. Anyhow I signed into my account to see the were up to 1,500.

The end result of changes made, Amazon implemented tools that will tell you if your listing is optomized or not, when pointed out all the error messages returned from Amazon after they changed my listing, the guy I was working with told me that those are recommendations amazon makes although it clearly stated that Amazon was suppressing the data.

Anyhow, I got so desperate because my sales completely stopped. I sell beauty products for face and a review of the backend key words was celluite???

When I questioned this I was told the backend keywords was not relevant….all this is in an email.

At present I am lucky if I sell one item per day after my listing was changed. The magic appeared to be in the backend keywords i was told did not matter. They provided me with a copy of my listing before hand but not all the backend stuff I had worked hard on that they deleted and replaced with keywords that were not relevant to my product which Amazon also suppressed.

I am willing to share email with anyone needing proof. They really need to refund my money. My Amazon store is completely dead since they did what they did, what even worse although I was interested in PPC management with this company, I should not have to signup with that service for the listing to sell something.

As stated before I was selling 3K a month before now i'm selling on average 200.00 per month. This is by far the worst decision i've made. All this happened about tow months ago. Original review was deleted because I used an alternate email address.

FME has done a great job getting my product line up and running on Amazon. They jumped in and immersed themselves in my product line to create listings and content that was in line with my brand vision. My account manager is extremely knowledgeable about everything Amazon related and the complexities of navigating the Amazon world. She in 100% on top or all account issues. I have no issues with her or the overall performance of FME. They accomplished what we agreed to.

The biggest downside to working with FME is the hourly fee structure. I am not a big fan of the pay as you go model where all services are billed at the same rate. My project ran over budget and although I understand how the time was billed, in my mind it was still one project that ran significantly over budget. Even when I thought the project was complete I was still getting billed for odds and ends.

Another peeve is that most staff time is billed at the same rate which is a bit difficult for me to wrap my head around. I would much prefer a flat rate, where it is not open ended and I can budget exactly what is needed to complete a project from cradle to grave for everything including account management to administrative tasks. I am still trying to decide if my business can accommodate this type of billing going forward or if I will have to move on to a different solution provider with a more traditional model.

FountainheadME has been an excellent business partner. They have developed a new eCommerce site for Sunkist F.S.E. This site was built from the ground up titles, descriptions, images, etc. Including Google AdWords & Google Shopping Actions. The ROAS for Sunkist has been extremely beneficial. Amazing team, extremely professional group.
