Fast forward 5 months: we are now outperforming LY (we were decreasing when we signed up with FME), FME has outlined an outstanding plan to grow sales 30+% in 2020, costs have decreased now that the front work is done, and FME costs as a percentage of Amazon sales will be decreasing throughout 2020 (as we grow sales).
While I still feel like FME is expensive, I also feel like their work has been outstanding and they are the experts. I will stay on as a client through 2020 and am happy with their work. Tara is the best!

The end result of changes made, Amazon implemented tools that will tell you if your listing is optomized or not, when pointed out all the error messages returned from Amazon after they changed my listing, the guy I was working with told me that those are recommendations amazon makes although it clearly stated that Amazon was suppressing the data.
Anyhow, I got so desperate because my sales completely stopped. I sell beauty products for face and a review of the backend key words was celluite???
When I questioned this I was told the backend keywords was not relevant….all this is in an email.
At present I am lucky if I sell one item per day after my listing was changed. The magic appeared to be in the backend keywords i was told did not matter. They provided me with a copy of my listing before hand but not all the backend stuff I had worked hard on that they deleted and replaced with keywords that were not relevant to my product which Amazon also suppressed.
I am willing to share email with anyone needing proof. They really need to refund my money. My Amazon store is completely dead since they did what they did, what even worse although I was interested in PPC management with this company, I should not have to signup with that service for the listing to sell something.
As stated before I was selling 3K a month before now i'm selling on average 200.00 per month. This is by far the worst decision i've made. All this happened about tow months ago. Original review was deleted because I used an alternate email address.

The biggest downside to working with FME is the hourly fee structure. I am not a big fan of the pay as you go model where all services are billed at the same rate. My project ran over budget and although I understand how the time was billed, in my mind it was still one project that ran significantly over budget. Even when I thought the project was complete I was still getting billed for odds and ends.
Another peeve is that most staff time is billed at the same rate which is a bit difficult for me to wrap my head around. I would much prefer a flat rate, where it is not open ended and I can budget exactly what is needed to complete a project from cradle to grave for everything including account management to administrative tasks. I am still trying to decide if my business can accommodate this type of billing going forward or if I will have to move on to a different solution provider with a more traditional model.
