Good service and nice staff

We bought a gorgeous hot tub in January and had good service and fitters were amazing. Unfortunately, after they left I discovered 2 cuts in the hot tub cover. I sent pictures and the said they would send out someone be to mend them. I requested a replacement, which did not go down well but that is what I insisted on. I was told that it would not arrive until April. I was happy with that. I emailed and contacted the Company by phone 2 weeks ago to find out where it was. They said they would chase it. Today I rang again, still had no record, I asked to speak to a Director who is looking into it… I had to threaten with Reporting to Customer Satisfaction. I have been so patient, and it does seem from reading all reviews that when things are good , they are excellent but if anything goes wrong the service is horrendous…. and may I say…. I would not recommend them just in case. After service is everything!!!

My rating is 1 star only….horrible treatment and service was experienced. Purchased Hottub from Four Seasons. Very disappointing experience from the start, both with the Clearwater hot tub and Four Seasons service. Four seasons was recommended to us by a friend so we didn't have any reasons to question this company. I would never recommend this business to a friend! We paid over $10,000 for our hottub. It was delivered to our new home 3 weeks later than anticipated, but we were okay with that as we were finalizing our backyard. It was delivered to us and we experienced issues with it from day one. Pumps broke day 2, which should have been a sign for us, but Mike came out and fixed tub. Four Seasons came out and fixed hottub 2 more times over a two month period, because it broke multiple times. Though disappointed, we worked with four seasons because we just wanted a working hottub, as purchased in march 2017. My husband is a disabled veteran and utilized the hottub to help control pain and sooth muscles. A hottub is a necessity for him. The last time four seasons came out, mike deemed that our hottub was a lemon and we needed it replaced. He ordered a new hottub (a working one) to be deliver to us. The first delivery was delayed as the hottub was on a truck that was delayed. The second delivery didn't occur and we were told the hottub was just shipping (not sure what happened to the hottub on the delayed truck??) The third delay, that greatly sparked our concern (as we were working supportively with Mike up to this point) did not provide a "reason" but we were told we would be contacted as soon as the hottub arrived. We are now in September…we paid $10,600 in March and 6 months later, we do NOT have a working hottub. Our money is tied up in this non-working hottub. We have been very patient with Mike but enough is enough. We want our money back, and mike is refusing to return our money…..and obviously is NOT meeting his service or purchase commitment to us. Beware buyers….things may work well purchasing from four seasons, but if you happen to experience a "lemon" or any issues with you purchase this business will break promises and leave you dry!!! Feeling abused and so disappointed!!! Just hoping to prevent similar issues with other hottub purchasers.

Excellent service! Spend there 2 days with my girlfriend. For sure come back there one more time!

Recently, I went to Four Season Spa with my friend for facial. You'd think the place would have been crowded on Friday evening because of the very low price. But it was not so. I found my friend and I could enjoy the room completely alone, and we did not have to wait. The facial there was still great and still flaws, the spa is not well lit, and not big, separated by curtains, hope it to be changed next time I visit it.

Nice spa for me. It is not that big, not upscale, not a place for pampering. But for the price and kind service, it is still a spa worth a try. A lot of specials can really save more.

I had a very nice experience there at Four Season Spa. Greeted at reception, I was ushered into the room for facial very soon. The room was clean, dimly lit, yet not big. The facial was good. I will definitely come back if I can find another groupon. I'd love to try their other services. Prices are very reasonable.

Four Season Spa is a serious stretch for this place, but personally I don't mind, because when my friend recommended the spa to me, he told me about that. Also the service staff there is very polite and listens to exactly what I want and patient. There are two treatment rooms, but they are separated by curtains. I think this is just a frustration. But the service is still good. If you care too much about the pampering, ambiance, then this spa may be not a good place. But for the price and service, still a spa worth a try.

I recently decided to give Four Season Spa a try after having very poor experience at my previous day spa for facial. I get a Coupon via livingsocial. Not expensive. The service staff was kind and made me feel welcome. The rooms are not big but still clean enough. The facial is great and I can not wait for my next visit.

After experiencing a satisfactory facial here last month, I decided to buy Groupon for wax try here. I set my appt a day before and went straight there after work. I was 2 minutes late. Glad the staff still received me kindly. She walked me into the room. Clean, cozy, but not big. Very soon, the esthetician did the wax for me. It was effortless and almost pain free. The overall experience was great. With price, service as good as this, I recommended it to my friend, why not? You won't regret coming here.

My fianc茅 bought me the package at Four Season Spa and I wasnt disappointed. The cellulite around my stomach got obviously removed after several treatments. The staff told me to keep healthy diet and even advised me to add some exercise for keeping the result. Highly recommend this spa.

During my recent business trip to Ann Arbor, MI, I spared some time with my friend, and shopped around Briarwood Mall, and then went to this spa. I just thought I could kill two birds with one stone, for I hardly had time visiting and shopping with my friend and recently, I had very poor skin condition. Needless to say, the facial was fabulous, and after that, my skin got well rejuvenated. The staff there seems much patient. Facilities are very clean.

I just suffered from annoying acne due to recent stress and sleepless nights. When I was at Briarwood mall, I saw Four Season Spa and thought I needed acne treatment facial coz I had to attend a friends wedding party later. I went to this spa. The staff was kind and talked with her about my skin problem. She asked a lot and then did the treatment for me. Inflammation got much calmed and acne not that obvious, but not disappeared or healed that soon. Anyway, still good spa.

I seldom go to spa by myself because I hate the staff there claims how poor my skin condition is and then always tries to make me accept their expensive facial spa service. I dont like the spa usually overly crowded with people. I dont like that. I came to Four Season Spa with my friend nearly a month ago. We went there mainly because we saw their special offers and not too many people there for spa. The spa is new and clean. The staff there is kind. What makes me satisfied is that I can decide the service without any annoying advice. The only disadvantage of the spa may be the staff, still not enough and no manicure. But I am happy they offer more than spa there. They have fashion accessories for sale.

Four Season Spa is a nice new spa here. The spa is very clean and has more than just spa services. They offer a variety of fashion accessories. The treatment services are reasonably priced, I think. The appointment is easy to make. I have been there twice and last Friday, I went there for a second body sculpting. There is effect in my stomach, though I am not sure whether it is also because I eat less these days.

Fan of this spa now! I just found this spa, or beauty treatment center, I suppose, two weeks ago when i walked around with my friend. It is not extravagant or luxurious salon, but I like the store, besides the clean rooms for facials, body spa, I see fashion totes, hairpieces, and all that girls may like to shop. This is my third time here and I am happy with the skin facials they did for me. The redness becomes much calmed.

New spa in Ann Arbor, but the staff here is very friendly and the price for facial spa is affordable.
