Owner doesn't respond to email as of 6/01/2020 (update 6/11/2020.) She takes your money but doesn't send your item. Company claims to have a new owner, per BBB, but doesn't send orders or shipping info to buyers.
I've emailed four times plus tried to call – phone number.
Even though the new owner claims to be in business -website looks legitimate- and takes money, she hasn't shipped my item nor told me why it hasn't been shipped. She has my $110.00 and I have no way of finding out what's going on. I have initiated a dispute, and 19 days later, still no contact from seller. Seller hasn't contacted payment company either.

The WORST company I have EVER dealt with…took my money immediately, didn't send products…after many calls (mostly unanswered with voicemail machine- never returned my calls – the few that were answered were by rude sales associates) and months later, I received the WRONG products…happened to go to Florida for another reason, & hand-delivered the wrong products for a refund…said it was refunded to PayPal, but was NOT REFUNDED!! They BLATANTLY STOLE $125.00 of my money…IN MY OPINION, THE COMPANY IS CRIMINAL – from my experience, my advice: DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother ordered good had to cancel next day unfortunately waited 2 weeks for refunding still no refund I've had to contact bank and raise it as a dispute never answer emails no matter how many times you email them very unprofessional the whole experience is a nightmare still trying to sort it out
