Foureyez

I have bought several pairs of contacts over the years without any issues but ordered three pairs in January and still not received. Have emailed seven times but just ignored. Paid by card so will take it up with bank. Will never buy from them again and will warn others not to use them either. Despicable!!!

I bought some contact lenses and they arrived without instructions, unbranded and unboxed – just in glass cases in a jiffy bag. The liquid they were in was swirling with impurites – strands and particles. And upon closer inspection the lenses themselves each had foggy patches on the pupil area. Clearly these were both contaminated & dangerous. With prior experience I know this, but without instructions another person could have damaged their eyes. So, I tried to contact Foureyez. Emails returned 'failure' notices. The phone number was innoperative. And I received no reply from the contact form on the website.

This leaves me with no course of action bar taking it up with by bank, as I bought them on card.

Beyond this there was steep postage (拢8) as the website claims they're posted from the Netherlands. But they were posted from Grimsby! So a minimum overcharge of 拢5 in my opinion.

This company is dealing with what is akin to a medical application which, in this state, could damage sight – this lack of service is irresponsible.

This has to be most worse company ever. Don't trust them they're a fraud!!!! I never received my order and to make matters worse I contacted them so many times using their customer service email and never received a reply. Also called their contact number and no one ever picks up this company is a FRAUD.
