I can't get this SOB to fix anything right on my house. Now he won't even answer his phone. What a wood butcher. never again. i've never been so angry.

Do yourself a favor and don't let this quack build you anything. Talk about a hot temper. He couldn't get anything right on my house. Am taking him to court. I think he only hires ex-cons to do his work.
