Fox Nation

When I signed up for fox nation I signed for 1 year because of cost effectiveness and I thought I would benefit from their information. After 1 year I had not used it as much as I anticipated; however, my subscription was automatically renewed. When I cancelled after a few days into my renewal period, I was told that I would not receive any rebated refund on the full yearly amount. Morale to this story is always read the fine print and NEVER, NEVER sign up for more than the minimum timeframe… at least not with FOX.

First, when I originally purchased the subscription as a gift, they were offering a discount but there wasn't anywhere to claim it. Once the subscription was purchased I was told by customer service that they couldn't apply the discount. Now they have renewed the subscription and when I try to cancel, they will only let me cancel as of December 2021! Next year! I asked for a prorated refund and was told they won't.

Fox Nation charged me $64.99 for annual renewal. I was not aware I was on auto renewal. When I tried to cancel the subscription and have them send me a refund. They said it was too late, I had to cancel prior to the renew even though I have not used the service for 11 months. They refuse to refund my money. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe to Fox Nation. Very Poor customer Service.

What trickery is this, follow the free trial until they (Fox) bait and switches for. 5.99 subscription you can not cancel. That is stealing. Do you seriously think this is how you win customers? You have destroyed the trust I gave you.

Content is interesting and informative… however the app is obviously very poorly designed and has multiple problems. So, you have about a 70% chance of watching content each time you connect. Sometime the app will not load; sometimes the app hangs multiple times while trying to watch a segment; sometimes the audio from another Fox Nation program is playing simultaneously while trying to watch another. I have no problems with other apps such as Netflix and Amazon Video. I have contacted the help support people three times and there "assistance" is useless. Again, content is good quality and informative but app is very troublesome.

Lots of historical content. Signed up as an add on with my cable provider for a very small fee. I've been using this app more than my Netflix and Hulu subscriptions. Sign on was simple and works the same way Netflix and Hulu does, through a code entered on your phone or tablet. Have had no problem with streaming, no technical issues, so I was surprised others have.

I was excited when the website started and even though I was broke and unemployed I signed up excited about gift for signing up. I have never received, when I have called they opened and closed ticket within a minute. And I reached out several times. Also the website way too hard to go through. So until I receive the gift promised I will not sign up again. Don't believe them when they say you will receive something when you signed up

I've tried Fox Nation several different times, each time hoping they have fixed their flaws. It doesn't look as though they have. It's sketchy at best. You can be watching a show and at the 30 min. Mark it cuts off, even though the show is not finished. After the length of time they have been trying to get subscribers, there is no reason they couldn't have worked out their issues by now. And why does Fox Nation bill iTunes for my subscription? The whole thing seems questionable.

We were very much looking forward to viewing the content on Fox Nation but the streaming was absolutely horrible. I cancelled after one day. It was the worst streaming I have ever attempted to access. I couldn't find any customer service contact to address the issue. That was a bad sign.

We were very disappointed.

Fox Nation has the worst customer service ever. I cancelled my trial subscription on their website. The next month I was charged for full month. The only way to talk with someone was via chat. They would not refund my money. I only watched 1 show. Total ripoff.

I started out trying to change my email address – simple enough right??- but no I can;t change it because their software does not support it. Then I wanted to cancel my subscription but was not able to cancel and get a refund. No refunds even though I just signed up last month so now I have 2 years of fees paid. There is no phone number to call for support. After several attempts to have a chat, I finally had one and they cut me off in the middle of the chat. Clearly a zero star from me even though I had to give it at least one

I paid for a year and only got 6 months! I asked for a refund but they don't give refunds and wouldn't give me the additional 6 months I paid for!
Not worth it!

I signed up for the $0.99 special on May 3. That same day my credit card was charged $28.82 by a credit checking agency, ICM*InstantCheckmate.com. I did not order any credit check and I conclude that FoxNation charged me for a credit check that they ordered. This is unconscionable. I immediately challenged the transaction and cancelled my FoxNation account.

As a result of this improper charge, I had to get a new credit card and then update merchants that I was using for automatic payment of recurring bills.

Very disappointed. There wasn't a place to enter a request for a site. Simply have to meander around until you find what you want.
I thought Fox Nation would have Greg Gutfeld and some other quality shows.
The programing, meaning the ease of navigating around the site. Understanding what is there and how to bring it up. This are the main reason for the 0 rating.
Fox Nation is able to do a quality site. It seems they do not care about their business.

Slow, cannot ask for a specific program.
Programs are days or weeks old. Frustrating to navigate.
I had hoped to be able to have access to quality in place of YouTube, but YouTube is much easier to use.

I joined Fox Nation on January 31, 2020. The promotional item for subscribing to Fox Nation, was Brian Kilmeade's book the Alamo Avengers.
I have not received my book as of today's date 5-14-2020.
I have e-mailed Fox Nation customer service many times. One replay stated that I did not order the book. Of course I didn't order the book, it was the promotional item offered by Fox Nation it should have automatically been sent out to me when I subscribed to Fox Nation. Some other responses to my e-mails have been "case closed". The last few e-mails have had no response.
The only reason I subscribed to Fox Nation was because they were offering Brian's book as an incentive.
No need in contacting Fox Nation Customer Service. Their promotion was a rip off for me.

I have been thinking about signing up for Fox Nation to get a station that is conservative as Fox News has been leaning more and more left in the last couple of years especially since Paul Ryan went on the Board of Directors. The frequent leftist guests such as Donna Brazile and host Chris Wallace are not interesting and I was hoping to get away from that kind of broadcasting. Then, I learned that Fox Nation and Fox News have blackballed Diamond & Silk, two outspoken conservatives. The reason? I learned that Diamond & Silk are not pounding the ground that Fox News and Fox Nation want from them regarding their opinions on medications to fight the coronavirus so they have blackballed them from appearing as guests. That move sounded like something the leftist leaning Board of Directors decided. We have to listen to views of leftist guests and hosts like Chris Wallace, but apparently the programmers like them better. I sent several customer notices of my feelings and only received template responses. Basically, we have your programming information and will tell the appropriate persons. Well, I don't believe that! So, I am happy I have not subscribed to Fox Nation. I will continue to watch Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, the Judge and some weekend shows. However, I am sad to say it appears Fox News is moving too far left for me and, until they lift the blackball order regarding Diamond & Silk, I will not pay to watch Fox Nation. Sad, but true!

I signed up to pay for Fox Nation to get access to good shows like Jesse Waters and Tucker Carrlson. My disappointment was that the subscription of $6 a month did not include that. Cancelled Immediately to limit damage!
Let the Buyer Beware.

paid over $70, off of Roku, can't get it, because it ask for a TV provider. I just have internet. So , i got the Xfinity Flex box to see if that would fix it nope. What do I need to do to get what I'm paying for. Tried to get help from Fox Nation Customer Service it's impossible to get help. Even tried Roku. Do I need to cancel it off of Roku and re-order it on Xfinity. Or just forget it and see if I get my money back. We can't even get Fox News now

I paid for one year of fix nation because my local broadband provider does NOT carry Fox News. This app does NOT allow Fox News Live stream (even though I pay for a subscription). Super disappointed and upset that I spent the money.

Within an hour and a half I realized that you coulld not stream Fox News, the reason I subscribed, and I thought I cancelled it. Two days later I still see the charge on credit card and I try to find a live customer service to speak with and you can't. only on line can you type to customer service. They said I could not cancel, and I could not get a refund, all sales were final. Just a nasty way of doing business, and will no longer even acknowledge me. I have always supported Fox, but if this is the true face of the company, count me out.

I signed up specifically to watch Ainsley's Bible Study. I have been going through a difficult time with my daughter, and listening to her bible studies has given me hope. I had lost hope in how to handle our differences, but listening to all these beautiful testimonies has given me hope, and I can't wait to watch each & every episode. Thank you Ainsley for making a difference in my life. As you said in one of your episodes, this is not my battle, stop fighting and give it to God. Thank you for that simple buy so resonating truth. LOVE your bible study!

That suck that you're not going to be able to watch Fox News on Fox Nation any more with out a TV provider, that's why I got Fox Nation because I'm tired of DIRECTV and these television providers and their prices going up and down, and now this!

I do not need to be EVANGELIZED, and when I pay for FOX NEWS in app form, I do not appreciate most of the programming being geared towards the BILLY GRAHAM CRUSADE!! You had a chance here to put out a quality NEWS product, but instead EVERYTHING I watched seemed like an evangelical crusade. Big Mistake. Your programming director needs his/her head examined. People so old they want to watch this $#*!, are too old to know how to use streaming services. What a LETDOWN! No one wants to pay to be EVANGELIZED!!
