Refund experience woeful. Called the 'helpline' to get through to a man clearly on his mobile at work who was not able to be practically helpful. I realised only latterly that you're supposed to fill in a form for returns – I wasn't instructed to do so when I returned. Have to return to Amsterdam which cost 拢5 each time and the advice I was given re. sizing and adequate size of racing glove for a child wasn't helpful in least and I had to return for refund for a second time.
