It was terrible. I never even got a car from them. I need a refund. I sent and message and never got a response. Can someone please contact me regarding this. The girl behind the counter was so rude.

We arrived at FLL off site location about 11:30 pm. Long line and 1 person working on Saturday November 2nd. Our rental was for Sat November 2nd at midnight. First I suggest you use a 24 hour clock. Steve said we were a day late. The late charge would be $247.00 US. Our receipt said $134.96 US owing. We were not late. We were waiting in line. We protested while an angry crowd lined up behind us Obviously a scam. We told Steve 鈥渓ook just add on another 50 US and we will call it a day. Just pocket it 鈥? Only when I attempted to contact Fox did his tune change. Prior he told us to leave (after midnight) or he would call security. We ended up with an 鈥渦p sell鈥?charge of $55.30. (On our receipt). That was never mentioned My husband and I have never been through such an ordeal. He even called me uneducated. I鈥檓 sure my post secondary degrees out weigh his. ?I would not rent ever from Fox if that鈥檚 who you get with Wise Car rental. No road maps available. Also have pics of receipts

I never had to wait for 2hours in line to get a car and up-sale was unbelievable. Also had a $1000 deposit for a car in San Francisco area.

Never have we had to give our passports to car rental. Alexander took the passports to another area and took pictures of them He told us that we couldn鈥檛 get our vehicle unless we did this. This took place at the Las Vegas fox rental.. we will never rent from them again.. We have rented from car rentals for over thirty years.. The car was prepaid so no reason to threaten us . Just blame intimidation on his part.. He said this is your policy… if this is true, then this should have POSTED this in your reservations. Overall a very bad experience.

There is no 0 as a review star that I can give, the worst experience ever, I have vowed not to rent from fox ever even if its 10 times cheaper

I rented from there SLC airport location off the terminal, while renting none at the counter said you cant drive in Montana, and unfortunately I was in Montana part of yellowstone, the vechile given had faulty brakes, I called up roadside assistance and they said were u aware u cant drive in Montana and hence they cant replace the car and the towing would cost me 3 times the rental which I will have to pay

I had to drive with a faulty car all the back to SLC like 4.5 hours and return and the. Rented with Hertz with and amazing car and the best service
