Quality of product good, however overall service received not as high as I expected

I ordered online on 19th May and anticipated delivery to be delayed owed to Covid-19. Message said up to 1 week……
I chased via email on 25th May ~ no response. I attempted to call but was told to ring another number that was engaged
I attempted via the chat service, no response.
I eventually got through to be advised as the payment had been by BACS a call had to be made to accounts team to verify.
No time of delivery given or further communication.
Upon delivery (5th June) no PPE being worn and I had to manually assist the delivery driver with the 1ton bag of bark I ordered!!!!

Overall poor. Unlikely to order again.
