I purchased 2 tins of chalk paint and a tin of lacquer from this company. The paint was fine but after giving the wardrobe 3 coats of chalk paint I applied the lacquer. It looked awful brown streaks all over. In future I will buy Annie Sloane which I have used before with no problems. I don't know if this was a cuff batch of lacquer…..the company has since contacted me through FB ….apparently sometimes staining comes through…would be a good idea to put on tin to test as you may need to prime
