The zip went in my winter coat at the end of last winter, so I took it to Fox Dry Cleaners for repair. When I got back it went in the wardrobe and remained there till just over a week ago. Unfortunately the new zip failed on the 2nd wearing. When I took the coat back to Fox they realised the zip was faulty accepting it had not been worn and repaired it without any problem even though it was seven months since they had worked on it. I thought this was excellent service. It is when things wrong that one really knows the value of good service. I will not go anywhere else for my repairs or dry cleaning.
