I purchased a dress on February 10th. It's the 24th and I still haven't received my purchase. If you have a special event, be sure to order 6 months out, as it seems they are not able to ship in a timely manner. Never again.

Order was placed on 3/26/2015, Order number 15032673070.

ETA for producing the item is 2-3 weeks followed by shipping. It is now 5/5/2015 and they have yet to figure out when the item will be shipped. I have contacted them multiple times and it is as if they do not understand English. They can't give me a date of shipment or where the dress is. I can't ever get a concrete response from them. I have asked them for refund but have not been able for their customer service to even acknowledge that I asked for it.

This is ridiculous. Never order from them, ever. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered a dress and 2 months later finally got it even though it should have only taken a couple of weeks. The dress did not look anything like the picture and they would not let me know refund but the website states you have 7 days and there are no terms. If I am unhappy I don't want the dress and want my money back. They shouldn't decide that the dress if fine when it was not what I expected. Cheap material, terrible beading- don't fall in love with a dress on their website because it will not turn out that way!! Shop somewhere in the US instead and don't give the Chinese anymore of our money!
