The worst experience I had with a site that sells samples and loops !!
I created an account 1 year ago and bought 2 monthly subscriptions (2 x 60$) and downloaded 6 sample packs.
Recently I lost the packs due to a computer problem so I asked to be able to re-download the packs like all other sample sites propose it… which is normal.
Well, the support who manages the site was not professional at all, she did not want me to redownload the packs despite my proof of purchase … even worse they blocked access to my account and block my IP address so that I no longer have access to the site !!! crazy !!! unbelievebal !! to flee !! Not professionnal at all !!!
