Besides the slow delivery, the dash camera wasn't that great either – it went "blue screen" in just over one year.
I don't recommend buying the Viofo A119S dash cam.

I was sent a defective dashcam in September of 2016. I returned it at a cost of $20.00 and have still not received my refund. They are also not replying to my emails. Stay away from this company.

Bought a Mini 0806 dash cam. Item faulty. Very difficult to get a response. Eventually I returned my camera for exchange as requested. The replacement was exactly the same – faulty. Emailed them again, several times, have had no response despite warning that that I will share my experience on various forums.

I ordered something for my friend's birthday. I chose express delivery so it would be in time for his party. According to the website it would take 2-4 days, for an extra cost of $19.95.
The package was delivered 4 days after my friend's party, too late because he was away for a month. After sending a lot of emails, they still wouldn't refund the express cost, because they had to make profit. Finally I got $10 – and a lot of frustration.

Apparently making profit on EVERY order is more important to them than having happy customers. So don't buy here!
