Entered all my information in the website. Entered Credit Card info and then nothing. Called and they did not find my CC info or that I even submitted all my contact info and location. Was told that the transaction probably did not go through. Ok. Traveled down to the FOXPAW KIOSK and again entered all the information tap submit and then the machine says swipe credit card. Swiped card (worked at gas station) and machine comes up with Card Reader Error. Ok Called FOXPAW again, still at the kiosk, and was told to try another credit card. It worked at the gas station just fine and no I don't carry multiple credit cards. Asked Customer Service if there was a way to enter all my information like on the website where you enter your cc type, number, expiration, etc. and finally she said no. All together I wasted more than an hour trying to get my phone fixed… TIME is MONEY

A very easy process. I can tell that they took very good care of my Galaxy S4. My new screen & digitizer works brilliantly and they did not have to sacrifice any of the data (photos, SMS messages, etc.) on my phone. It is all back to normal. Thank you!

I thought they were very good and I would definitely refer them to a friend. Extremely fast and very friendly!
