Bad customer service. This may fall on deaf ears, perhaps it was an anomaly, but I had a terrible experience. Initially dropped my phone off and the part was out of stock, no biggie, it happens. Dropped my phone off again a month later on a Thursday and was promoted it would be ready at 1pm on Friday. Went to retrieve phone at 445pm and was told it was still being repaired. Tried again at 930pm with the same message. I called the number on the screen and was told they're closed, call back between 9am-6pm. Called on Saturday, I'm now out of town for the weekend, after 9am and was told they're only open M-F 9-6. Mind you, I have received no emails or other correspondence, even checked spam just in case. Tried on Sunday to pickup at no avail. Called on Monday and was told my phone was picked up on Friday. After investigation we found that the phone was ready on Friday, but the kiosk malfunctioned. I asked why they didn't tell me it was ready. They said, "we emailed you." I said I didn't get an email to which they basically called me a liar and that they did email me and that I shouldn't have waited a month to turn my phone in for repair and that I should've called the 24 hour number. I asked how was I supposed to do that without my phone and if I'm not at the kiosk. They replied that it was ready and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I'm just disappointed in the communication and lack of resolve. I'm hard on phones and repair often, but I will not repair with them again. I truly hope everyone else has a better experience.

I would think that when you send back the phone, you would have charged it. When I get my car worked on, they vacumn the car. Little touches that show you care., Its a nice touch.

I like foxpaw why鈥檝e fixed previous phones I鈥檝e had. I dropped it off, got a call they advised me it would be 3 or 4 days to do a water treatment process. The next day it was ready for pickup, no explanation or reasoning why it came back 2-3 days early. If I get charged for the water treatment process (knowing it鈥檚 not a 100% success rate) I think I should atleast get an explanation on what was going on inside. Even a 鈥渉ey we got inside, it was completely fired鈥?would have been good

I paid for same day repair. Foxpaw didn't have the part and held my phone for an extra day without my permission, without notifying me. The closest kiosk is 30 min away. I made 2 unnecessary trips there, and waited for almost 2 hours because they never notified me my device was not going to be returned as promised. Had I been given the option, I would have asked for my phone back since they didnt have the paetc on hand. Under no circumstances would I have been ok with them keeping my phone over night. The gentleman I talked to sat morning was courtious, but I told him repeatedly this was unacceptable. He offered me a $30 amex card back for my troubles, I notified him that was also unacceptable and that I would be filing a complaint with the bbb. That complaint has already been filed.
Foxpaw hijacked my phone for 20 hours I didn't give them permission to. I did not get what I agreed to pay for.

I dropped off my phone for a free diagnostic because it would not charge. It turned out that nothing needed repaired. Once FoxPaw opened it up and cleaned it out it works fine.

Terribly disappointed when I was asked to return my iPhone for the third time for diagnosis. They should have noticed the hot button that was never off when the phone was on. I complained that the phone continued to be very hot, and that the button was especially hot. Seems to me a very dangerous situation. This was after paying $100 for a new glass. Fox Paw was closed Sunday and Monday this weekend as it is Labor Day Weekend. I went to an Apple Store and they explained that they would have replaced the glass for $129 and would have replaced the button as well. I need my phone for business and cannot spend anymore time going back and forth to a faceless kiosk for this. My hope is that I will be reimbursed by Fox Paw.

I dropped off my phone at a kiosk and was able to get it back repaired, as promised, the following day through the same kiosk. Extremely convenient! The price was 27% cheaper than anywhere else. Faster, cheaper, and better quality. Well done foxpaw.

Need the glass repaired on my daughter's phone; 1st time the keys did not work; returned for followup-now the phone shuts down every 2 minutes and the keys do not work. I imagine the friction will come when I ask for my money back

I used Foxpaw when I broke my iPhone screen. Kiosks are really easy to use, phone fixed quickly, and best of all it's $30-$50 cheaper than the competition.

Thought I'd broken the screen of my iPhone 6+ and dropped my phone off at the kiosk for repairs. Was prepared to pay for new screen. Received refreshing news that in fact, I wasn't going to need to buy a new screen, it was only the protective screen that had cracked. The repair person saved me more than $100 in screen repairs.

The service was great, but when we got the phone back the power button was crooked and raised. It is just a bit annoying.
