1 star is too much for this company. I have never received such terrible customer service. I ordered 3×3 prints which don't measure 3×3- they are just over 1/16 of an inch too small. When I contact the customer service about their bad product they called me a liar, said I could return the pictures but the cost to return is more than what I paid originally. Shipping cost was extravagant. I could go on and on. Save yourself the time and money, go elsewhere. If I could upload a picture of the defective product I would, but there is no where hear to upload an attachment, which is clearly to protect themselves as they told me in their rude replies that they would reply to any review I gave them with "proof" that their product was the right size, but my pictures prove otherwise!

Warning, this company is no good!!!!! Just got my prints yesterday. The print quality is horrible. What's even worse than the print quality is the "customer support" I'm so shocked. Be very aware of this company. What they promote is not what you recieve. Honestly I should have seen the red flags when I tried reaching out to them for support at the beginning. I was trying to upload photos and it wasnt working right. So their answer was to start over and do it 1 at a time. Awful experience all around.

I received my $25 order of Fox prints today & am very disappointed! The quality is horrible! They are blurry & the colors are very muted. My basic HP printer at home prints better quality photos, I compared them side by side. And to get a refund I have to PAY to send them back!! Total rip off!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE QUALITY + HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Let me just explain something. This is the first bad review I've ever written for any business. Ever. When I purchased the "Retro Prints", I expected them to be at least CVS quality. I wasn't expecting anything high-end. BUT when I received my prints, they were a mess! They were fuzzy, muddied, highly saturated, upped in contrast, and they were literally just card stock. They DO NOT look like a polaroid. They DO NOT feel like a polaroid. It is simply an image printed off centered on a white piece of CARD STOCK. And you could easily do a better job at home on your own Walmart printer.

THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT.
I have been a professional wedding photographer for 8 years now. I exported my photos straight from Adobe Lightroom to their shop, which means the photos were the highest possible quality they could be. High enough quality to legitimately post it on a billboard. YET, they emailed me saying the photos looked bad because I made them lower quality. NO. If anything made them low quality, it was their stupid crop and load system. It is not my fault.

THEY WON'T REFUND ME.
They won't refund you if you spent over $25 (which is insane in and of itself) In fact, even if you spent under $25 and you want a refund, YOU have to PAY to send the pictures back to them before they will refund you your money. SO basically they want you to just spend more money on their product that you weren't even happy with in the first place.

THEY LAUGHED AT ME.
When I spoke out on social media about it, they sent me a message that said "You're funny." along with a crying laughing face emoji. Literally laughing at my anger. Then they blocked me because they wanna scam more people and they don't like that i'm telling everyone the truth.

DON'T SPEND A PENNY HERE. THEIR PHOTOS ARE IN MY TRASH CAN.

I wish I could give them no stars! I order 18 3×3 in pictures. Nothing major. The order says "delivered" and I never got them. I asked if they can reprint and resend and they said no. It would've cost them pennies and they refused.

I had a terrible experience. Twice after spending hours uploading and editing my prints, the website lost everything. Once I got all the way through ordering, including entering my credit card info. Again, during that purchase processing the screen simply went blank and I am still trying to find out from the company,if they have my order. Email #2. We will see! Darn!

Not photo quality. Their print quality has gone down in the last year because they changed the printers. You can actually see the printer dots and they look pretty sad compared to the 3×3 prints I ordered a year ago. Unfortunate, and they were not helpful in coming up with a resolution. Won't be returning.

It was so very easy to select the prints I wanted, I will be using you guys again VERY soon! The pictures are beautiful and sweet and I found this process to be so very easy. Loved it.

Bought forty 4×4 magnets as a valentine's present and I LOVE THEM. Easy to order, good website, shipping was quick and I received it on the estimated date they gave me. I made the magnets using my instagram photos easily. The mugs they have are a few dollars mroe expensive than I found on another site, so I only bought the magnets here. They are on my fridge and I smile every day looking at them. Will buy again – these instagram magnets make a great present for anyone!
