Purchased a backpack, got an email about delivery in Chinese, asked for a refund before the order was dispatched and no one answered. A few days later, the order dispatched and I got an unprofessional email full of grammatical and spelling errors from someone saying that their products are good quality. I waited over a month and haven't received my item yet, and I keep emailing asking about the status & whether I can get refunded, but no one answers at all.
