I am currently letting one of the properties that they were managing and thought that everything was great UNTIL I signed the contract and paid the 'admin fees' (拢350 + VAT = 拢425!). After that, the communication went from very quick to super slow or they just wouldn't respond to my emails or voicemails. SUPER disappointed and would not recommend to use them – it's just not worth the trouble they give you with their non-caring attitude after you signed the contract and paid the fees.
