The service to get you into a property is good, for the most part. We found a great property. However, when it came to signing, they were really unorganised.

The real hardships came with the property management for our property. Foxtons have left us without an oven for over a month. We are in the middle of a pandemic and we understand that things are more difficult now. However, despite stating that they are still operating, we have heard very little from Foxtons about procuring and fitting the oven. Now we have an oven sat in our kitchen, still in its packaging and has not been fitted. We will need to hire our own electrician to fit the oven at our own expense because it has been too long. We don't expect much of a response from them at this rate.

Michaek Sikora was a great help to me when I was selling my flat in West Kensington.

He went out of his was to get required extra viewings at very specific times – was always cheery and kept things moving along. Difficult to always sound upbeat so I was impressed. Leon Murray at Foxtons Islington was so helpful in assisting us with our property search. He was proactive, called/emailed regularly to check in and make sure we were being given enough attention during this process – which is not like many agents we've dealt with – so it was very much appreciated! He showed us properties promptly as they became available, based on our requirements, which he knew off by heart, ensuring a very tailored experience! As an overseas buyer with a time difference of 7 hours between London and where i reside, i found Ana Amez helpful and responsive. It was impressive that she was quick to respond with her mobile and text message which has rendered my purchase of the property much less stressful. Excellent service from Foxtons in Pinner 鈥?this is the 5th property I鈥檓 letting through Foxtons and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the initial stages to addressing all my concerns as a landlord, Himani Bailey has really gone the extra mile to make sure I got the best price in market coupled with a professional tenant. Philip has been great in the past week with assisting us with all of our, admittedly complicated issues. Responsive and always friendly.

Really horrible experience, different quotes from different agents, agents take forever to get back to you. Had the worst experience when recently looking for a place to live with our 6-month-old baby as we are relocating to the UK and need a temp place. We contacted the agent and he sent me a place so I sent the application and we were all set, we said no to two other places with different agencies as we're very happy to move forward. Unbeknownst to us the agent went on vacation and never got back us. When he finally did get back to us he just sent us a curt email saying "apt was rented and I have nothing else". We've now missed out on our other options and a week away have nowhere to live with our baby. Very unprofessional.

If you are a tenant, beware of the staff hostile and careless attitude after you sign the contract (especially near the end of your term).
As a future house owner, the bad experience as a tenant made me want to avoid anything Foxtons touch.

I could not give higher praise to Toni Magonya at Foxton's Islington who went out of her way to not only make time for a last-minute viewing at a new property on a Saturday, but did everything in her power to secure us the property after we put in an offer. She was so kind, selfless, very informative and kept us in-the-loop through every step. If it hadn't been for Toni, we surely would have lost out on the property as it was very sought after. We would recommend anyone to work with Toni who is looking for a smooth and efficient lettings process! Thank you again, Toni!

Anna Sobieraj from Foxtons has provided an excellent service for us in showing us the flat we are now moving into. She was always available for when we needed assistance in sorting out the tenant requirements for moving into a new property.

The most breezy experience buying our new home through Foxton's with Chekira Carty in Greenwich. Her customer service, friendly attitude and advice made the process quick and easy. So easy to do business with, both pre and post letting. Very responsive to any questions etc. and unlike other agents used, didn鈥檛 disappear once the contract was signed. Good customer service.

Christian, Oliver and Michael at Surbiton Foxtons did a brilliant job for us. They were extremely helpful and supportive. After a unhappy experience with Dexter鈥檚 I felt that these 3 gave real value for money. They knew the house and always showed the house themselves and were knowledgeable about it and its potential. Though Dexter鈥檚 wanted to lower the price to 拢750,000, Foxtons listened to me and were able to secure the sale at 拢800,000. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market to sell their house.
