This company and the executive with whom we dealt, Max Cohen, are refreshingly young, honest, and experienced beyond their years. It was a delight to deal with him and his colleagues – they were knowledgeable, accommodating, honest and frank in their advice. They guided us both through a sale of a damaged property and the acquisition of a new one in a rapid and comprehensive way. Especially useful as we were doing so from out of state. Definitely to be looked when engaging in these transactions.
