Don鈥檛 know why here are only bad reviews. These guys sell genuine hardware which you need to Activate at original manufacturers website and free Update service For 830 years. lol.

They have very poor customer support. Bought an nt530 in Nov 2019 and it didn't function as per their manual. A month later and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Looks like they will NEVER answer my many emails asking for help. I would not recommend buying from them.

Please avoid this company! The devices are shoddy, break down after a few days and the company demands a fee for their replacement! I bought their device on Aliexpress and I was cheated by them! Very bad customer service – don't buy their products!

I bought the NT530 thru a UK website, thinking it is base in UK.
It is a Chinese company and I had to pau import duty.
When I received the NT530, there was 3 missing items, No USB data lead, no warranty card and no registering card.
I tried to register the unit online to get the free software download, but no because I have not got the full register details, it is missing.
I contacted Foxwelltook UK and I am still waiting for them to respond.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Before buying, they respond very quickly with any questiions I asked. after paying and receiving the unit, they have not respond to my question of registering.

Update, Foxwell have agreed to take back the faulty unit and refunded me. now I am happy.
