This Vietnamese telecommunication provider "FPT Telecom" is currently safe to visit; but it runs on an outdated platform vulnerable to hacks, it may be unmonitored or abandoned, its IP appears on spam blacklists, and its subdomain "ip-address-pool-xxx.fpt.vn" has delivered porn spam.
