Fracture Glass Photos

My $70 glass print that is 11" x 14" arrived and looked great until I saw the back and its mounting system. The only attachment to the wall was a key-shaped hole in the FOAM RUBBER backing and a supplied drywall anchor screw. The screw is great but the foam rubber was not strong enough to hold the glass on the wall. The foam tore and allowed the frame to crash to our tile floor. Obviously the glass is now broken and the whole investment is wasted. I looked at their website and now I see that the next size larger has a metal grommet surrounding the foam rubber hole. Too bad that is not part of every size.

Additionally, I contacted their customer service to address this issue four days ago and they have not responded yet.

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.

I order a glass print for my son anniversary and he stated it ok. He sent me a picture and said they print the picture and place it on the glass. The picture is not printed directly on the glass as advertised. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I thought I was doing something special for a special young man. A waste of money. It's a pandemic and people trying to watch their pennies and I fell for false advertisement. The ad said printed directly on glass not on paper and put on top of glass.

I took a once-in-a-lifetime picture of Hero Falls in Yellowstone National Park on July 3,2011. I've seen nothing like it posted on the internet. I decided that I would like to have it printed and mount the print in my Den to add to other prints of NC Lighthouses. I was absolutely amazed at the quality and just how great the picture turned out. I also like the fact that I didn't have to frame the picture. I feel it was well the cost.

I now have 36 Fracture glass photos of friends and family on my wall! Simply glorious. All without frames, glowing back at you when you look. I use Alien Tape instead off screws or hooks. That way the pictures can be removed and/or rearranged. The service and product are EXCELLENT. There is simply no way to improve either. Recently an order for 9 photos was lost in the mail (my fault because I used an old address); When I reported this to Fracture, their answer: no problem! And they replaced and shipped a replacement at no cost. Great people, great product, great service.

I just put in my third order with Fracture.
The art they make is unique, more that that it's made with great care, so it's of the highest quality.
My first order was lost by USPS and Customer Care responded immediately and sent a replacement in record time!
My prints and my gifts give much pleasure and are proudly displayed.
Prices are very fair and sometimes promos make them even better.

I ordered a Fracture print before Christmas. It was mailed, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and they could not have been more responsive. They sent a replacement within a day or two. I received it today and it is beautiful! I will be ordering again.
Let me add that when I uploaded my first photo choice, I got a message that the resolution would not work well with the size selected. I chose a different photo and I am very happy with the end product.

We ordered a couple of photos for our friends kids from a trip we all took together. The photos are Christmas gifts. Fracture sent them out on the correct date for delivery by the 9th, when nothing arrived at our friends home, we gave it a week checking the tracking number it just said will arrive late. So we contacted Fracture told them what had happened, the next day they were rushing new prints and on the third day 2-day FedEx to our friends! Amazing customer service!

Ordered two of the $45 size since it was my first time ordering. They came three days late but only because the USPS is a train wreck right now, not the Fracture folks fault at all. They were right there talking to me the entire time when it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to arrive. Upon opening I saw two amazing beautiful pieces and I couldn't be happier with what I ordered. Especially one, which was our sweet Pitbull Doc, who just passed away from cancer. I love it and will be back again. My pic doesn't do it any justice and not sure why it came out sideways, lol. Anyway, thanks guys.

Amazing company!! Ordered a photo of my dog on glass with them. Product was delivered in about 5 days. Every day they emailed me notifying me of what was happening. Absolutely no problems no stress whatsoever.

Omg I love the way it looks! It's slightly different then the original picture because of the printing techniques they use as in the original picture is "1080 HD" and this more like "720 HD" but I love it overall! Before fracture I never knew you could do a glass printed photo. But the packaging was excellent very secure, safe. It arrived sooner then expected! My only downside is I ordered the medium size and to be a medium photo in my opinion is small for the total amount I paid. But in the end thank you fracture! It's beautiful!

I saw the ad for Fracture on television several times. Then one day recently I received a picture that happened to be very special to my awesome brother. Then all of a sudden it hit me: Send the picture to Fracture and let them work their magic. And work they did! I requested the extra large size to be printed on glass. I received it less than 10 days later. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! And I was able to take advantage of my 30 percent new customer discount! Great customer service!

First time I've used this company and I will be back! Quality and timeliness of deliver were terrific. The day I ordered, there was a glitch in their order system, causing a multiple order snd billing to occur but they were right on it, notifying me o was one of the affected customers. They had it rectified within 24 hours, and my charge card was corrected. Super customer service, and a beautiful product!

I have ordered over 20 photos from Fracture and they are all BEAUTIFUL! I realize some of my older photos aren't going to come out as clear as if they were taken yesterday, but even so, they still turn out wonderfully. I have several animal drawings from my son (drawn when he was 11) and being able to put them onto glass and hang on a wall to share with everyone is a great joy for me. And I know it makes him proud as well. Every order I have placed has arrived quickly and in tact, and I love knowing that they are super EASY to hang… no drilling and installing wall anchors needed! I just now ordered 3 more photos and can't wait to receive them! Thanks Fracture!

I placed two large orders for an anniversary gift using high quality digital camera photos. I contacted customer service via email with a question and the response, was quick, friendly and professional. The order shipped on time and arrived well packaged. All the prints, but especially the large ones, are awesome on glass! We couldn't stop looking at them. Very happy and will order more.

I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Quality is not worth the price was expecting glass not acrylic. Would never recommend this service or product again. Had to pick 1 star I'd rather pick no stars.

picture sucks. I had a perfectly bright photo of my pooch and it came back dark out! can't get a hold of them either. a few B.B.B. complaints also

Have ordered from Fracture twice in the past and love the prints on glass. This time I ordered two pictures in different sizes. When the delivery arrived it looked like the box had been mangled and taped back together during shipment. The smaller print was fine, but the larger one was completely shattered. Emailed Adam in customer service and sent along a few pics of the damaged shipping box. Not only did he rush the replacement he even had it delivered overnight to make up for the inconvenience. Great customer service!

I received this as a gift and was totally disappointed. This appears to be a picture glued to a piece of glass. You're better off putting it in a frame unless you don't want it to shift. You can see the film of a photo when you look at the back. It's not etched or imaged within the glass itself. Very disappointed in the representation.

I wanted a copy of an oil painting my father did in 1956. My nephew took a very good digital picture, and I ordered it from Fracture. It is exactly as I expected – just perfect! Yes, it is a copy of a painting on glass, a copy of something that looks identical to the actual painting. It is perfect. I would like to add that the shipping was extremely secure. I sent scans of two of my colored pencil drawings to Fracture to have them printed on glass. I received them yesterday and was really excited as I was lifting the lid on the box…the images were so beautiful printed on glass!
