Bought 'spice bomb'… Saved a fortune! And it arrived really quickly! Only problem was the courier service!!! I received txt day before delivery so arranged for neighbours to take parcel, but courier wudnt leave it. They expected me do 60 mile round trip to collect it!!! But got it sorted in end. Courier service puts me off buying off
this site again, which is a real shame.

Waited in for parcel delivery on the day the email said for it not to come, so had to go and collect one hour waiting for them to find it and im still here, do not pay for delivery because u wont get your money back when something goes wrong.

Never used this site before so thought it was too good to be true. I was wrong. Ordered a big bottle of Gucci Rush at a massive discount from what i would normally pay. To add to that the delivery was free and it was delivered on the third day. There was also a few free samples included with my order and my husband really likes one of them. First attempt to deliver failed, second time perfect

I did have trouble placing an order via the website because it would not let me "add to bin" so had to place the order through the phone. I had to leave a phone message but when I was contacted the following day the young lady could not have been more helpful and arranged delivery by the following day. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she lives in Slip End in Beds. Her name might have been Sharon but not sure. Anyway she deserves a special mention for outstanding service and a lovely manner on the phone.

Dear Customer Services,
I have just received my online purchase of Chloe Eau de Parfum 50ml . The cost exceeded 拢46. On receipt of this item, I opened the package and noticed that the cellophane wrap on the perfume box had come undone. I was concerned , so checked the serial number of this product as displayed on the box. Without opening the product , I discovered a registered date of April 2013 for the perfume. This is over a year ago.

Following this I unwrapped the already partially opened cellophane, to check the freshness and authenticity of this product.

I also noticed that the were 2 small insect carcasses inside the presentation box , indicating a possible long time shelf or warehouse storage.

The scent as I had expected, lacks the freshness of Chloe. As a long time user of this fragrance I can detect a distinct difference.

I am rather disappointed with the above results (2 attached photos to follow) and as a first time buyer from your site, would like an explanation about what I have identified?

As the product has now needed to be opened, please advise me on how to proceed? I am due to go on holiday this week,and wanted this perfume to take with me. I now feel bound to go to a high street retailer to spend more on buying another 50ml bottle of this fragrance, in order to take it with me. furthermore , I will not have time to repackage and return, as I leave tomorrow.
