Ordered 4x's, Got nothing. Cancelled 3 of orders, no refund. E-mailed many times with no reply, called and told to leave message but no return call. I recommend that you save your time, effort and $$$. You won't get anything for it! Barbara B.

I reached out to this company and never got a response, I wanted a tracking number which I didn't get, either. BUT, ny order DID arrive.. in plastic bottles, not what I had expected, very faint scent and not too good, but works OK in an oil diffuser. Definitely not good for anything else. They don't smell like the perfumes they claim to smell like, so, don't expect that. My package came from Idaho or Utah, NOT New Jersey, I think this company may be shutting down, or the original company IS shut down… their website hasn't been updated since like 2015.

I ordered oils two week ago and no returns of my emails or messages. I opened a complaint against them in Paypal and know they are completely down….. Stay Away from these people !

I've sent several emails and called several times. They have not returned my calls or emails. Where is my order? I will call PayPal next then report to BBB!

I ordered about 8 fragrance oils, received an order confirmation and that was it. Fast forward to 1 week, I have sent 5 emails, left 2 voicemails, called at different times and have not been successful in getting a response much less a follow up email letting me know my order has shipped.
I am going to dispute the charge with my bank and i want nothing to do with this company. It is very sad they have such a long catalog of fragrance oils, but no customer service to back it up. What good does having a supplier with an extensive line do for you if you cannot get your product for weeks???

I've sampled a lot of oils companies and this is the weakest by far. You to use to much to make the smell last. I do not recommend this company.

This place could be so much better. If there was any customer service at all the process would go smoother, there would be more repeat business, and new customers could be helped as they acclimate to Fragrance Oil products. Instead, a rather difficult attitude where Paypal refunded me on my first 2 orders as the oils seemed less than desired. I was told no refunds, no exchanges, no anything. I explained myself to Paypal who do offer customer protection in some areas. This seller, by exhibiting an arrogant, hostile, uncaring and demeaning attitude towards purchasers, had a meltdown over having to issue 2 refunds. They themselves state that since products can be tampered with and subject to unknown issues, they will not back the products. Yet if you have a problem, as I did starting with these oils, their position is SCREW THE CUSTOMER AS IN NO WAY SHOULD THE SELLER HAVE TO EVER BACK THE PRODUCTS. By not accepting returns, exchanges or refunds of any kind, HOW CAN THEY ASSESS THE STATUS OF A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT? They simply feel that you send them your money, and afterwards it is always where the seller is right and SCREW THE CUSTOMER IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS. SO HE BLOCKED ME FROM HIS SITE. What kind of crap is this? I could easily reorder on any one of a dozen other accounts and if I was like this seller, create issues via different routes. But I am not vindictive like this ignorant fool who 1) poorly communicates, 2) poorly follows up to customer questions/problems should they occur, 3) shows little concern for assisting new customers learning about body oils, 4) could care less if you are a satisfied customer, 5) is not concerned with repeat business. So for the time being, my money will be spent elsewhere.

No ETA after a week. No response to three emails or calls Update: after contact USPS fragrance warehouse sent it to the wrong address. Fragrance warehouse was given correct mailing address. They will not refund.

Honestly a great site with awesome prices. Was a little nervous because of the day or two delayed tracking number but when I asked, they apologized and sent one right away
